My vehicle was stolen and recovered. It was then inpounded. However when it was recovered it was not drivable. I requested Anderson Roadside Assist to help me tow my vehicle out of the police pound and they refused to do so. I therefore organised towing myself at a cost in addition to the premiums that I pay to anderson to cover me in such instances. After enquiring with them they acknowledged that they were supposed to assist me and I should not be the one incurring towing fees because I pay premiums every month. I asked them over a month ago to cover the relevant towing fees and they have not gotten back to me. I have dealt with their quality control supervisor (MphoLekgothoane), Charles Maduna (Supervisor) to escalate this matter but there has been no resolution a month later. I keep sending emails and making calls but my matter is being ignored. PLEASE ASSIST ME.
Kuben Pillay (unsure about job title) promised that I would have my car fixed and available for collection on the 16th of September 2015 (Wednesday). When I called to follow up on the progress and to confirm collection time, I was told that my car wasn't ready and he guaranteed that I'd have it that Saturday (19 September 2015).

Now the most frustrating part is that since that day I've been doing the follow ups and no one was providing any feedback regarding the repairs on my car.

To date (02 November 2015) I still haven't received my car.

This is the poorest service I have received and I'm frustrated beyond measure.
I submitted a claim for damages to my vehicle over two months ago. The date of the accident is 4 June 2015. I don't ever get feedback from the company, I have to call and send emails all the time and sometimes my calls don't get answered. Linah has been promising to resolve my claim \by end of day"for the past three weeks. I do not ever get feedback as to what the hold up is. I have been using public transport for almost three months because the repairs on my vehicle have not commenced. """
