I sent my vehicle in to Sinclairs in May, I drove it to them for a quotation and then I drove it the second time to them A few days after for the assessment as well as drove it to them the third time A few days after that for delivery to get repairs done. They kept my vehicle there for a month, I followed up every five days and the one excuse they used was the vehicle was not ready. After 29 days, a day before my hired vehicle needed to be returned I find out my engine had blown by over heating. All the valves was bent and my pistons had hairline cracks. They insisted telling me they never started my vehicle! So how the hell does my vehicle over heat so badly that it blows the engine to that extent! I was blamed for the damage and My engine was stripped without my knowledge or authority by Sinclairs! I open my bonnet to see only the block left! they all had different versions of a story! I recorded every conversation since the beginning with the employees and also the owner! And they keep changing their stories every time! My insurer did not represent me when this occurred and they are the ones that chose Sinclairs auto even though they were R10000 more expensive than other panel shops! I had to pay car hire from my own pocket as my insurer did not cover it anymore, I have been paying my car installments from May 2019 to date! I’m paying my insurance on the car as well as a service plan! Now I’m paying a lawyer for his services so that I have proper representation! Whose going to reimburse me for the expenses I’ve incurred because of this disgusting filthy company?! I had to put my wedding off because I couldn’t afford to start a life with my future wife anymore due to paying for all of the above! This is sickening and disgusting because I’m working hard for everything that I have! Now they want me to uplift my vehicle from their premises or they will charge me storage or sell my vehicle claiming they fixed it?!!! They Claimed to have fixed it behind my back how do I know they even fixed it yet they don’t want to communicate with my lawyer or respond to his letters! They are cowards who are sending my insurer messages to give to me! And even so I don’t trust them to do anything further with my vehicle! I’ve had this vehicle for two years now and I never ever had mechanical issues only after they had my vehicle in their possession for a month this ihappened! They blaming me for the damage yet it hasn’t been in my possession!

My car was damaged. I sent it to Sinclair's for repairs almost 2 months ago today. 3 weeks ago my husband phoned to check on the vehicle he was told that they just installed the back windscreen and the car would be ready the next day, to our horror his was a lie. The windscreen was not the correct one for the car and they had to order one from Germany...apparently...i was told it would take 10 days to rectify. On day 15 now. No windscreen. No car. I'm really disappointed with the service I received from Sinclair's.

My car was damaged. Kuben Pillay (unsure about job title) promised that I would have my car fixed and available for collection on the 16th of September 2015 (Wednesday). When I called to follow up on the progress and to confirm collection time, I was told that my car wasn't ready and he guaranteed that I'd have it that Saturday (19 September 2015).<br> <br> Now the most frustrating part is that since that day I've been doing the follow ups and no one was providing any feedback regarding the repairs on my car.<br> <br> To date (02 November 2015) I still haven't received my car. <br> <br> This is the poorest service I have received and I'm frustrated beyond measure.

I am totally disgusted by the service i have received from Sinclairs panel beaters KZN, Not once has anyone returned by calls and queries about the repairs done to a car i bought after they were paid in full by the estate the car belonged to. Even speaking with owner has resulted in nothing!! I would not recommend them to anyone.<br> <br> Numerous Items Missing ( on invoice ) / Not working:<br> No interior lights are working.<br> Driver side rear airbag cover is not sitting flush.<br> Passenger side Door Trim is missing.<br> 1x Roof limning clips are missing.<br> 2 x Inner Front Passenger Door Clips<br> 2 x Inner Rear Passenger Side Door Clips<br> 1 x lower Engine cover<br> <br> I have the details on every time i called and who i spoke to, the long email i sent to both owners and still nothing. There is no place for me to turn, perhaps Wendy Knowler

Sinclairs panel beaters...<br> <br> A bunch of thieves. <br> <br> Send your R300k Audi to them as they are \approved Audi panel beaters"and they steal your damn LED interior lights and don't have the gall to even replace them. Not to mention the scratches on your 18\"" brand new rims because of the pathetic idiots who can't move your vehicle.<br> <br> Word of advice. Tell your insurance company choose anyone but Sinclairs. You'll have a better chance of getting your vehicle back in original spec.<br> <br> Not to mention the 2 months it took to fix a front bumper!<br> <br> """
