I highly commend the service of SMARTUMA, administrator of FNBs scratch and dent policy. I have been a happy customer going on 4 years and never had an issue. Having 6 vehicles and keeping them spotless is a must for me. A big thank you to Sonia, Vianne and Bongani for the professional and speedy service. My car looks fresh off the showroom floor and sparkles more than the later models. I have recommended SMARTUMA to friends and family for their exceptional service. Thank you guys,
I HAVE DEALT WITH 6 SUCH PREMIER BANKING CONSULTANTS OVER THE PAST MONTH, NONE OF WHICH WHO EVEN KNEW WHAT ACCOUNT I HAVE. NOT TO MENTION THE ACTUAL ISSUE AT HAND OF FRAUDULENTY DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITH BOGUS CHARGES. THEIR EMPLOYEES DO NOT EVEN HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCOUNTS THEY ADVERTISE AND MANAGE. SUCH IGNORANCE TO YOUR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BRING ABOUT LEGAL ACTION. WATCH OUT CONSUMERS. FNB IS A FRAUDULENT AND INCOMPENTENT BANK MANNED BY UNQUALIFIED STAFF!
31/07/2020 Net florist fails to deliver yet again, consider changing their name to NET FAILURE. After 2 years of being let down due to late delivery, I have tried to order with this HOPELESS delivery service yet again, Placed my order 2 days in advance, received an email to confirm funds were taken from my account and 2 days later, the delivery occurred with no indication of a timeline or if anything was in order. Anyways it turns out that one of the items a "Birthday Cake" the most important item and core reason for ordering in the first place could not be delivered. And when was I notified of this??? Only upon delivery by the driver!!! What a waste of my TIME, I will never use NETFLORIST EVER AGAIN nor recommend this fly by night entity to anyone. Pathetic and putrid. Whats worse is they have no issue taking your funds, REFUNDING IT is the issue. EBucks take note of the businesses you partner with as the wrong choice will inevitably sink your goodwill and reputation. GOODLUCK to NETFLORIST, most useless delivery service yet! Once bitten, twice shy, and yet even FAILURE on the 2nd and last attempt.
This is an official complaint to report the putrid service received by FNB. In particular the Licence Renewal operation and customer care unit. Apart from paying R199, you are expected to wait 2 weeks for the licence disc to reach you, I have tried renewing my licence disc with them since 28/01/2020 and was informed the process would take 5-10 business days to be delivered. It is now the 10th business day and I have not received a call nor email from the FNB licencing department, all my documents were submitted on the 28th together with payment. I have called and emailed everyday since, yet never received a response through email. A woman by the name of Tammy (the only individual working in this disreputable department) advised that the disc will be available within this week. A follow up call was done today only to find that the disc had not even been posted yet. I am now sitting with an expired licence while FNB employees sit on their asses and refuse to assist customers. FNB have policies and regulations in place yet cannot uphold them. I have been a premier client to FNB in excess of 7 years, this incident has opened my eyes to the fact that service levels have slipped in the past and perhaps a move over to Nedbank or Standard Bank will yield better service and turnaround. FNB - DO NOT OFFER SERVICES FOR WHICH YOU CANNOT PROVIDE. FNB cannot even live up to their slogan... Change it to How can we take you money without helping you.
Absolutely pathetic service and lack of professionalism, amongst other serious contraventions. Netcare Kingsway Hospital an absolutely disreputable institution. Brought my wife in for a Concussion and Injured leg only to find the Doctors on duty highly unprofessional and incompetent, this having to wait in excess of 45 minutes to be seen - whilst suffering a head injury. Why is this even listed as a private institution when care from the likes of Government institutions seem superior. Avoid at all costs is the advice I will relay to any concerned party. Furthermore requesting documents which have been paid for is an absolute nightmare, admin and medical staff prove to be incompetent on another level, 2 weeks later and still an ongoing saga of emails and phone calls - an absolute waste of time. I will never allow myself or my family to associate with such hospitals in future.
Time is money. No sense of urgency whatsoever even if you are loyal to the brand an outstanding 14 years. Goodluck to you guys. Will be visiting BMW or Mercedes Benz soon. Keep up your futile attempts at selling with Trade Assists, no wonder your vehicles arent selling - poor and pathetic service.
