I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Craig Govender for his outstanding service in assisting with a recent booking for my clients at The Kingdom Resort. From start to finish, Craig was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He managed the entire process with efficiency, including the seamless extension of the stay by an additional night, all while maintaining clear and prompt communication. His friendly demeanour and proactive, solution-driven approach made the experience effortless and enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure working with him, and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any future arrangements — I certainly look forward to working with him again.
Stone Hill, Magaliesburg - what an absolute gem! Awesome hiking trails which one can also cycle, absolutely 100% pet friendly and our personal home - away from - home sanctuary. Excellent service, breakfast and lovely ambience. Definitely worth a visit - have booked our December getaway already!!!
I am UTTERLY disgusted by the way my complaint has been handled. I am STILL running after MTN who are constantly \passing the buck / responsibility"to another department. I have asked them on the 21 August 2015 when I have phoned the call centre to please give me the contact details for their supervisor or at least the supervisor of the billing department"
Good Day,<br> <br> I have submitted my insurance claim on the 17 May 2015 with regards to my LG G3 where I have up to today not have received a response. I am paying for that phone and I cannot use it at all - so I am paying for a service that I am not using. I am on your case now for over 3 months. <br> <br> Then, you over charge me - not by little by THOUSANDS and that on June, July and now August invoices, I have sent you numerous e-mails regarding that as well, however once again you ignore your customers - and have the audacity to cut me off without ANY response on my mails / phone calls / complaints etc, which by the way is going on now for 4 months and today is the 5th month. <br> <br> Even today, 18 August 2015 - I have sent you two follow up e-mails and even stipulated that I want someone to respond before 12:00 - you just could not give a flying tosser.<br> <br> So, here are my reference numbers AGAIN for the 100ths time - REF # 129842997 # 132058433 AND # 10223117. <br> <br> I WILL move all my accounts to another service provider who cherishes its customers and thrives on giving them good service AND who most importantly KNOWS that happy customers make a happy and propserious business.<br>
