Booked to move 2x vanity-type cabinets from Cape Town to Hartenbos. Was quoted R1995, which I paid. When it had to be moved, Karoo Mini Movers claimed the Cape Town route is not economical for them. I then requested pay-back of my money. It is now more than the claimed 30-days within which they will pay back - obviously no payback is coming forward. Two telephone numbers; 0760531380 & 0763669936 receive no response.
Growatt Inverter SPF 5000 ES failed 3 times in 5 months. Sales company for Growatt tried and is speechless. This model inverter does not even appear on Growatt SA's web page. Trying to make contact with Growatt but receive no response, not by e-mail neither by phone (phone numbers on website seeming is not even working).
On 18 August I noticed my mobile access to Internet e-mail service failed, reasoning, my password has changed.<br> On the morning of 19 August, I noticed my ADSL internet access services is down.<br> At 11.30am on 19 August I called 10210 to report the above two problems. Within the time of an hour, I spoke to 4 people, none whom could assist in anyway, other than to confirm Telkom suspended my services (in other words they cancelled my contract of service with them - this inspite of Telkom \Billing"department confirmed"
