Second time I bought from Cielo and both incidents disappointed to say the least. My most recent purchase below. The stores upon visiting are well designed and it appears the experience of shopping for your furniture needs are goin to be positive, but that's where it ends, in store. The delivery and god forbid exchange of goods due to no fault of yours is where it all goes wrong. My most recent experience; I ordered a matching Arcadia sideboard to match a Arcadia tv stand that I bought a few months back. When it arrived it gets dropped off by a courier and they don't take the packaging off and assess condition of item. You are meant to unbox a side board yourself and upon doing so I realize the wire brushed finish of the steel is green in color rather than a steel finish and now does not match the Arcadia tv unit I bought. You log a service call it takes days for them to acknowledge and after I follow up they advise that's the way the new batch is. This is a significant change from design of the original range!! Service advisor has been well trained to ask me what I would like to do? and I naturally ask what are the options? again she says what would I like to do? Surely the response/question is we apologize that you now have 2 completely looking pieces of furniture from the same range in the same room that do not match, our options to rectify are... and name them. What would I like to do?? what are my options?? 1) A refund 2) Another side board from another range in exchange None of the above has been offered I am left with what would I like to do!!! Be careful in store when staff tell you any problems with items your are welcome to exchange, this just does not happen. Anything bought is vootstoets just be aware of that. Good luck Cielo
I have experienced the same problem as other reviewers have indicated. I used to have a Bullshark kreepy krauly after 4 years of good service from the machine i went to makro germiston to purchase a new one and asked the salesman for the Bullshark, I checked the box and it said Bullshark. The machine is useless and constantly on its back or stuck in a corner. I realized the design was completely different to my previous Bullshark, took it back to makro they said i must take it up with Kreep Krauly. After speaking to Pentair (Ginger) the truth comes out. The machine i actually purchased if you check Pentairs website is a "sand shark" but the box says Bullshark Pro, the machine i had before was a Bullshark ..... wait for it.... Cruiser. How do you sell a Sand Shark as a Bullshark Pro? This is the biggest mislead i have seen from a company and branding and selling of products under different names. Pentair i will gladly donate the machine back to you as a gift i know its after Xmas, please send address and i will get my driver to drop it off, please send name of person at your establishment that you would like to donate it to.
