Me and my wife book a morning walk via Marloth Park Things To Do for our anniversary. Everything was paid and confirm with them and reservation was forward to us. Two days before the event when we follow up with KNP we found out that the reservation number was old and they did not have any bookings for the particular day. When we phone Blom West at 076 558 9415 he confirm that this booking was real and this walk was booked for the particular day. A day later he phone us back to explain that was in fact not booked and will refund us in full. a Month and a half later, we still wait for the refund and no one of the offices is taken my calls anymore or return any messages. Make sure if you book via them for activities and paid that this activities is real
On 14/08/2015 me and my wife upgrade our cellphone contracts at the Vodacom 4 U store in Brooklyn Mall. With all the new handsets on the market and new packages we were afraid to upgrade for the reason to make the rite decision, but with the manage of this store and especially Fred this was no problem to help customers who are from a small town make the rite decision. As I have my contract from the first time cellphones was introduce in South Africa this was the less stressful/painful experience I have experience. They have transfer all my data from my \old"phone to my \""new\"" phone without any problems (I did not loose any contact). I will recommend any person who need to upgrade or for any cellphone related matter to visit this store for the experience of a life time. Keep up the good work."""
I would like to thank the above store, management and the persons involve in this matter for the great service received.<br> I purchase a Volkano Speaker on Saturday 15/08/2015 and when at home we found that it do not work. On Sunday I report this over the telephone to the store and did they promise to replace the item for me. As I am living 200km away from the nearest store they still kept to the promise and replace it via a courier service.<br> This is what I call service.<br> Kept the customer inform. Keep their promises. And replace the faulty equipment without any questions.<br> From the word go they kept me inform and phone every day to inform me what is going to happen, they kept the promises and replace the speaker without any questions. <br> With this service you can not go wrong, kept up the good work. You will see me every time if I go to Pretoria even if I do not need a new cd I will purchase one from this store.
