Go Pro is the biggest **** camera ever made. At the rediculous price, cheaper cameras perform much better. DO NOT BUY A GoPro. It should be named go no pro idiot -7 pink of something similar. Even the gopro app is **** and gopro does not even supply an email, only a contact that is active during their operating hours. I suppose they do not supply and email address as they will be replying to complaints 24-7.

For the second time in approximately 2 years I have been surprized with a contract from Vodacom that I knew nothing of and never agreed nor signed anything. Do these people know what is going on in their business ? The first time it was a new contract with a phone and accessories delivered to me without my knowledge or consent. Now it was an upgrade to a tablet on my name !!! It also happened to some of my collegues at work. I have 6 current contracts with Vodacom and this will be my last ever anything from Vodacom. I am thinking of putting this in the media as far and wide as possible for everyone to see how incompetent Vodacom is. How can this be approved without signatures or at least a recording ! The last time I wasted MY money and time and it is going to happen all over again ! This is redilulous and I demand an immediate response from Vodacom !!!!

On 2 of my current contracts, when renewed, I was charged R 70.00 per sim swop, even though I did inform the consultant that I have quick sim on both lines. Still waiting for my refund and response, 1 month later.

Recently my wife received an e-mail notification of an add-on line/s that has been submitted on my account. When she contacted Vodacom to inquire about this she was informed that a conversation with her is not possible as she is not the account holder. Later that same day my son who is 17 years old and knows none of my personal details was contacted by Vodacom
the deal was accepted
I was informed that the contract had been cancelled and the delivery to my postal address stopped. Two days after that the unwanted package arrived at my postal address. I took this package to my nearest Vodacom outlet as I did not want this, never asked for it, never agreed or accepted anything regarding this contract. I was told at the Vodacom store that it has nothing to do with them and they cannot accept the package
A few days later a stop order went off from my bank account. After lengthy discussions with Vodacom I was told that the money had to be taken from me as their property was now in my possession
until they can collect it!!!
I feel violated by their actions and am infuriated by this. I see this as fraud from Vodacom's side.
