Motus Nissan Edenvale broke a part on door panel before remving cover for repair, now they claim they didn't damaged anything and refuses to replace the part.
I recently purchased 7 IP65 rating Led floodlights from an online company, received lights ACDC product, Went to ACDC store in Boksburg purchased 2 extra lights. After installing 9 lights in December and a few days of rain lights start to trip power, after inspection found 7 of the 9 lights with visible water/ moisture inside the lights. return to store with lights. they will send one in for assessment, 7lights from online store was also returned, after 3 weeks the replaced the 7 lights with new ones. 2 lights from store still having problems, they trying to say that incorrect cable joint was used resulted in water got sucked into the light via cable. Still waiting on proof that water gets sucked through the cable, so infact the cable is not IP65 rating. Why double standards, Replace 7 but not 2
I got a Small business account with fnb for about 3 years, A monthly turn over of estimate R60000 -R120000. On several occaseions I applied for an overdraft on my account. Everytime I was told my profile doesn't meet the points required. No explanation as to why. I went in to the bank and sat down with a business manager. Eventually she explained to me it was due to a problem on a personal account that I had like about 10 years ago. I need an overdraft of R10 000 on my account with a turn over of about R100 000 per month. <br> So the question is \how can we NOT help you"I really like FNB their rates are good but service poor. so I will change to another bank that can provide added services"
Last year Trudon called me to help me advertise my business. one service to add my details in yellow pages and with an option to add to the mobi service. I wall told yellow pages is an amount and the mobi service a separate amount, I was not in formed that both amounts will be monthly. it was indicated that I need to pay a monthly installment to a service and an another amount for the other service. it was not stated that both will be monthly. with the service added to my monthly Telkom bill I notice a large amount added. after complain to Trudon they inform me that it is correct for both amounts. after listing to the original recording and that it was not confirmed that both the services are for monthly I cancelled the services. I still got billed for the service for monthly, I told them that I can not pay for service that was not confirmed as a monthly payment. NOW they listed me on ITC for a lousy R600. I think their service is terrible and they just out to take your money
