MTN cheating us - Package changed
I have been using MTN LTE router for about 7 months now, on premium package"500GB - 10mbp and 10mbp if the 500GB is finished, 2 months back MTN made some changes to the subscription now you 2mbp after 500GB usage. But now the problem is that after 300GB they cut the speed to 0.5mbp. We are no longer getting a full 500GB, and the speed is reduced to 0.4mbp. MTN is cheating us or they have a system error.

This is the worst company, ****** people, actually this guy called gary his one of the directors. This guy is running away with my deposit. Since i moved into that house they nver did anything. I had to clean the house moving in. Now they are taking all that from my deposit. Painting from day one they never did and I reported it. Now they taking it from my deposit. They are ****ing people. They are even using wrong business addresses. Anyone please help me locate this people.

Koegelenberg Attorneys
I've been paying my Capitec Account through Koegelenberg Attorneys, and for the transactions, I've been using debit checks. Initially, I was using Tymebank, but I later requested a bank switch from Tymebank to Nedbank, and that was completed. I finally paid off all of my debts two months later. Around January 22nd, 2023, a paid-up letter was also given to me. I saw a debit check for Roegelenberg leaving my TimeBank account on the 26th. they debited from the wrong account I was using with them after everything was settled; how they did this, I'm not sure, but they claim it's a system error.After all of my bills were paid off, the woman who was assisting me and her manager told me they were unable to swiftly reverse the money. I need this money and am not receiving any help. Last week, I was informed that the person who can reverse it works from home and does not answer calls. I'm so frustrated because I also have to pay my other loans.

Contract Cancellation not being attended too.
I have been trying to cancel my contract with mix telematics for the past 12 months now, now i had to pay an amount I didn’t want to pay coz when i send a cancellation email no one replies or do anything, when you call they transfer you but no one picks up. I have paid their last amount, sent an email still no reply… can someone please help me.

Cell C doesn’t close accounts with Credit bureau after paying up or closing contract.
I had a contact with cell c, i paid it up and cloe the account this year January, paid in full. They closed the account on Trans union and forget to close it on Experian, now i need to apply for a house i cant get approval because cell c didn't close the account on Experian, i can't get any credit. Please help me rectify this. Please i paid it in full on January, now it shows owing from January with an amount of about R5600. Please cell c

Very Very Bad Service. Never Take a contract with MTN they are worse
I am struggling to cancel MTN contract, i am posting for the 3rd or 4th time now, i cant get hold of MTN people or cancellation department, i keep calling for hours then after, they say they transferring me then the call drops. i have a prepaid contract that i asked to be cancelled in dec 2020 stil now its growing arears and its a prepaid, i have a cancellation reference but still. and they update ITC on a monthly bases but cant take my calls.

Contract Cancellation gone bad
I had or still have a contract with Cell C, i Went to Cell C In wonderpark to ask for a cancellation/ Settlement amount. They gave me the amount to go pay at Nedbank and i did so. i cancelled insurance aswel but now after 2 monuths i recieved an sms saying i need to pay a certain amount, also on ITC Transunion they didnt close the account. This is my second contract with Cell C and the same thing is happening.

Failed to close the accout on my behalf
I have called them to cancel my contract i sold the car last year November but they are still updating ITC that i don't pay and the keep on sending me OZOW pay request for the tracker that i told them the car is sold. Please help me close this account i dont have a car anymore i dont need a tracker and to please help remove or close the ITC updates its messing with my credit score.

Bad service delivery and failure to help customers cancel contracts
I have been trying to cancel my prepaid contract p MTN, i called and i don't get help. I was given a reference and still not helping, my call just gets forwarded and never answered, sometimes dropped after waiting for hours. MTN is no longer helping customer with cancellation. I went to wonderpark Mtn i was told i will wait for hours because they have to call aswel like i did and it never gets answered. Please assist on how can i get this contract of my name.
