Horrible service and wrong times
I requested video footage on 2 occasions now and when I eventually received it, it runs in a loop. It starts then don't carry on, it just restarts the same footage. The times on their system is COMPLETELY wrong and when requesting in the afternoon 14:00 I receive for 02:00. And if you contact the camera division they never answer!

Disgusting behaviour by owner
Pets Kingdom in Meyerton is the worst place ever, not only the smell of their rotting food they feed their animals, the state of the animals, but also the way the owner treats her personnel, highly disgusted that she needs to humiliate them in front of clients, no self respect never the less for her staff. Due to this they will NEVER get my business!

********** service by Boncap - Incompetence
Boncap - Don't waste your time. They will not do their job and triple your debit order, no walk ins anymore only phone call, and if you lucky that they don't keep cutting you off. Then delivering meds on paper (and paid) double to only receive 1 or none. They are the worst of the worst!

Hassle to get a refund when paid in cash
They mess up your card number then you pay cash but a stamped and printed statement proving the payment was made isn't enough for a refund. So now the entire coverage is on hold until they get what they want which is not how the doctor works and all other medical aids accepts this as proof of payment except OnePlan. Always an issue

Stay Clear of Boncap! No assistnace, no refunds
I was just informed (19 minutes on the phone) of the new Boncap portal was started 4 months ago and wasn't notified, now I cannot even register as it stays on the register page with the wheel turning and nothing happening. I have always been registered and now, boom! not registered anymore. Doesn't help phoning for assistance cause all you get is "I don't know", visiting the Roodepoort branh, "I dont know". I still have a refund waiting to be refunded from 2023!
