Today I called the various departments at Vodacom and spent more than an hour being sent from pillar to post, this time is inordinate for the nature of the dispute in question. The last person I spoke to indicated that the reason for that amount was due to my premature contract cancellation. The question I asked was how can it be an immature cancellation when it has been noted in their client interaction system that I returned the product within their 14 day cooling period. She could not answer and so I requested to speak to the manager, who was equally not helpful. I have reported this ridiculous behaviour to ICASA hopefully it can be resolved soon.
The cops hawks will have to be alerted of this ****. The owners should all be arrested. Don't buy anything from them if you value your money. I paid R990 for a **** Man City shirt. The shirt is not even a subtle counterfeit. It's a JHB small street kinda ****. How do they continue being in business?
Rain support is horrendous, I reported a billing issue which resulted in my internet being cut off from 1 PM today. It is 7PM no solution and no escalation options. This is the second time I experience this, Rain if you are serious about internet, take yourselves seriously you need to do better than this. Very disappointing.
I've received an excellent service from Moloko, she reminded me why I'm with MiWay Insurance. She assisted me in determining a suitable insurance policy which I'm extremely happy with. Really appreciate it. Keep it up and God bless.
