My experience with Amrod has been nothing short of a disaster. I engaged with their staff hoping to receive assistance with a straightforward request, but instead, I encountered a level of incompetence that is truly shocking. Firstly, their staff appeared utterly clueless and incapable of performing their duties competently. It seemed as though basic job functions were beyond their grasp, which is completely unacceptable for any professional organization, let alone one of their purported caliber. Furthermore, the attitude displayed by their employees was nothing short of appalling. Not only were they rude and dismissive, but they also resorted to unprofessional behavior such as swearing, which is completely unbecoming in any customer service interaction. In summary, my interaction with Amrod has been the biggest failure I have ever encountered in South African business history. Their staff not only failed to assist but actively hindered any progress with their lack of skills and disrespectful demeanor. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere, as their inability to perform basic tasks and maintain professional conduct is frankly disgraceful.
I have paid my account in full and and my line still keeps saying its suspended, this is not the first time. they say after my account is paid it takes 48 hours to clear but it never does. its almost 72 hours later. First i paid my account with the bill i received 2 days later my account have been suspended. when i login to self service on Telkom website it states that my account balance is R0.00. If this is how a company do business i will rather use wireless service providers. Telkom has the worst service ever.
I have been driving Volkswagen all my life and have reported several times with Volkswagen South Africa about my previous vehicle and now my new vehicle. Got response from them but Lindsey Saker Bloemfontein phoned me to stop by to look at this problem. They said they will phone me back in regards to a booking and a courtesy vehicle. its been a week now and still no feedback or response from their side. Have never seen such bad service from a company as big as they are. This is pathetic and unprofessional business. How should i even trust them with my vehicle and never mind my need in a breakdown.
