Thorp Tabel view is probably the most useless dealership that I have ever dealt with in my life. My journey with them has not been a pleasant one from start (not that long ago) until now. I bought my Suzuki GLX last year March. First issue arises a shortly after driving it out the show room floor. Issue 1: After driving it with the few liters of petrol they have supp****, I go to fill up and petrol cap won't open. Supposed to be checked before leaving the floor. Issue 2: A few months in, after having driven from Parklands to Somerset West, stop at a shop, get back to car and the car won't start. Go into the dealership and they charge the battery. Issue 3: A week later, car won't start again, and they come and tow it. Replace battery. (To add that there is only around 3500 kms on the clock) Issue 4: Take the car in for the 1st year service (under 5000 kms on the clock) there is a rattle coming from the dash board. They tell me that it was fixed (NOT FIXED). There is also air coming in from one of my doors while driving. They tell me that they need to put a claim in for the part. It is now 2.5 months later and I can't get hold of anyone in the dealership to let me know what is happening. I keep on getting told that Nadine is the person to talk to and a message will be left. After almost 3 weeks of trying to get hold of her, there has still not been a call back. I have left messages with several people, been cut off several times while being on hold to talk to someone. I get the idea that this dealership is only interested in getting cars off the floor and not giving a damn about after sales service. I don't think that I will rushing back to them or buying a Suzuki again.
Frogfoot is seriously becoming a big issue. Prices have increased, yet for more than a week now there has been minimal service and many issues. Working from home is now a major issue.
I have been with Medshield for a very long time, until I decided to change to Discovery earlier this year. I gave my notice in time and my medical aid with them ended at the end of January 2020. I'm now having a problem in getting my savings money back. I was informed that it would take about 3 months. After the three months I contacted them to find out what was happening. Only then I was asked to fill in a form to request this money. After waiting a while I contacted them again to find out what was the hold up. I was then informed that It would take 20 working days. The 20 working days has come and gone. Again I contacted them and was put through the the credit department. I was then told that there was an issue but I would get it in a week. This AGAIN came and went by. ONCE again I was told that the money would be in my account........... which has now also come and gone. Medshield what the hell is going on? They will gladly take your money every month and not a small amount at that but it seems that they like to take their sweet time in giving money back to owed by them!!!! I will be very interested to see if they care enough to respond or if this even gets through to them.
I registered for MTN datashare on Monday 31st August.
I received a message stating that I have successfully registered.
However I am not able to add a number that I would like to share data with.

I have spent a lot of time talking to various call centre agents who have either re-registered me, told me to call other numbers only to be told it is the wrong department or just cut off.

The bad service over the last 4 days has just resulted in me still not being able to share date from one MTN number to another.

This makes me wonder if Datashare actually even works?
