The initial experience was fine. But the after sale service has been terrible. It's been 2.5 weeks and they still have not managed to provide me with my registration and license plates. Kept being given the runaround. I've now wasted multiple days waiting at home for it to be delivered when I was told it would be delivered on that day. If this is the kind of unprofessional service you can expect from this dealership, rather go somewhere else.

This might be a bit random, but I felt like this needed a review! A few days ago I was in the area of Thorp N1 City and my car didn't want to start. I didn't know what to do so I went into the closest business I could see and asked for help. Conveniently it was Thorp N1 City. They immediately grabbed jumpers, came out and assisted me. Jared (the person who was helping), was so kind and made sure the car was good. I greatly appreciated their assistance!

Mckeila freeman of N1 City vodacom is a very sad person with no skills. She has the worst attitude and do not know how to speak with clients. Please get rid of this rot apple.

Very bad client service. The manager don't know how to talk with clients. Was promised 2 weeks waiting period for repairs on my waxies boots.

I am writing this review very disappointed and disgusted in the service I have received from Suzuki N1 City from the service consultants all the way to management, Juan (Service Manager) and Niel (Branch Manager). I made a payment of R2 600 on the 08 May 2025 for my vehicle service. I was advised by Justin via email on the 12 May 2025 that Suzuki had authorised the payment of the service as the car had over 15 000km and that a refund was due to me. The requested documents as per the email were sent back to Justin the same day. I did not hear from Justin thereafter until I was the one who had to constantly reach out to the Suzuki team. Every time I call, I am told that the query has been escalated but there is never any communication from their side or an update until I then reach out again. Today the 03 June 2025 almost a month later, I have reached out to Suzuki again. Juan then told me that he is still waiting for his manager to release the payment. My frustration being I have been constantly reaching out and every time advised that the payment request has been forwarded to the relevant team, when will my refund actually be processed. I then requested to speak to his manager and Niel the branch manager has told me that he will request his manager to release the payment. To date I am still being sent from pillar to post by the Suzuki team, the service received from the Suzuki team has been pathetic to say the least, no one is willing to take accountability or assist. If my refund has not been processed by the 04 June 2025 I will be lodging a formal complaint against the team with the Ombudsman. Very very disappointed.

Thorp Tabel view is probably the most useless dealership that I have ever dealt with in my life. My journey with them has not been a pleasant one from start (not that long ago) until now. I bought my Suzuki GLX last year March. First issue arises a shortly after driving it out the show room floor. Issue 1: After driving it with the few liters of petrol they have supp****, I go to fill up and petrol cap won't open. Supposed to be checked before leaving the floor. Issue 2: A few months in, after having driven from Parklands to Somerset West, stop at a shop, get back to car and the car won't start. Go into the dealership and they charge the battery. Issue 3: A week later, car won't start again, and they come and tow it. Replace battery. (To add that there is only around 3500 kms on the clock) Issue 4: Take the car in for the 1st year service (under 5000 kms on the clock) there is a rattle coming from the dash board. They tell me that it was fixed (NOT FIXED). There is also air coming in from one of my doors while driving. They tell me that they need to put a claim in for the part. It is now 2.5 months later and I can't get hold of anyone in the dealership to let me know what is happening. I keep on getting told that Nadine is the person to talk to and a message will be left. After almost 3 weeks of trying to get hold of her, there has still not been a call back. I have left messages with several people, been cut off several times while being on hold to talk to someone. I get the idea that this dealership is only interested in getting cars off the floor and not giving a damn about after sales service. I don't think that I will rushing back to them or buying a Suzuki again.
