Very bad client service. The manager don't know how to talk with clients. Was promised 2 weeks waiting period for repairs on my waxies boots.
Bad management. The Branch Manager is very rude. He have no client skills to speak to the clients. Very bad service!
My geyser burst on sonday the 15 January 2023 and i did log a claim on the internet. They did send Plummer out on sunday. Tuesday at 08h30 Mrs Rhadia send an email to me to full in my bank account for the payment of the geyser. Wednesday they send it to be paid out and have not received any payments from ABSA. It is 4 days with that we have no warm water. It is very inhumane. I have children and they must bath in cold water. Very unpleasant.
Very rude customer service. I did pay for supply an fit new solar geyser. They said thwy will come at 15H00 to fit the geyeser when i phone and ask when the supplier will fit our geyer because its already 17h20 and here is nobody to fit the geyser. The lady Mrs Elizabeth was vey rude on the telephone with me. Very unprofessional to speak with clients.
I phone the claims department at 19h00 due to my drain that is blocked. I was waiting an call for 25 minutes. Its a joke to wait so long. I pay every month for this insurance and the is no assistance.

We when on holiday at saldanha bayview lodge. When we woke up on sunday our tablets, cellphones and psp was stolen. My children was sleeping there and it happend they could of been killed. There are no burgaller bars and thrilidoor. Its very scary and traumatised
