Worst kind of company to have your car repaired. 35 days to repair hail damage they quoted 14 days. I haven't collected my car yet. I can only imagine it is going to be a bad-quality job. One (***********) Manager running this branch. This is what they told me when I waited for 3 hours to get hold of anyone with some kind of authority. Holding on, cut off, not answering. Even the so-called head office, disgusting. Not any company I would have anything to do with going forward. Get a proper feel and more honest review for this and other renew-it branches on Google Maps. Good luck if you use them
I wrote a review on Reef Caterers a few days ago. They tried to bully me with false statements. They were not successful. I see that this review has been removed. What is the reason?
Whatever you do, do not go to a hospital where Reef does the catering. It will most certainly not help you get better. In fact the opposite. Absolutly disgusting that they be allowed to serve this. Definitely going to complain bigtime to the med aid and hospital.
With 3300 reviews and only 640 of these positive. This company should be ashamed. The worst service I have ever received from a company. Believe me, I courier a lot of products all over SA. Any company that does not have the decency to even reply on this forum, is without a doubt not worth considering for my business. I know I should have checked first. Postnet is a better option and gets it delivered without a problem every time.
Hooray, I have finally managed to get rid of RSAWEB as my internet provider. The incompetence and arrogance of this company is absolutely crazy. The service sucks. Their communication channels are pathetic. I find them dishonest. Just not a nice company to deal with. Have a look at all the fake 5 star reviews over the past couple of months. Good luck to you, if you are thinking of using them.
I have been following RSAWEB for a couple of weeks. It is so strange that a lot of the reviews over the last couple of months have suddenly changed to 5 start. Most of these reviews are by done by first time reviewers, and all have the same kind of message. How do you protect against fake reviews or being compromised?
538 reviews out of 680 gives the worst rating. This should without a doubt give you an idea of how disgusting the service is. DONT use them, do yourself a favor.
What used to be a good company, now another self-absorbed non customer focused, "couldn't care less", arrogant business. Used to deal with them extensively for many years since they were a smaller company. I will not buy another one of their products, and I will advise you do the same. I went to their technical center in North Riding, to have some of their products tested. It seemed I was intruding in their social time. With reluctance, they helped me. I re-installed the gate motor and other peripheral equipment and needed some technical advice. I phoned centurion no less than 11 times. sent from pillar to post with not one person able to get me technical advice. No answer, left messages and not a call back a week later. Eventually, I phoned the Cape town office where I got great technical help. I will no longer support this company and have since purchased compatible products at a third of the price.
This company is the worst kind. Promises the greatest service and delivers the worst. Don't reply to emails. Don't answer service lines. Couldn't be bothered with customer service. Can't wait to die them
The reviews of metrofibre for the last month says it all. Terrible service, shocking service, no customer care. They have become so arrogant that they don't even bother to give feedback on the fault status anymore. All they seem to do is apologize in this forum. It's a pity that this is the level of service in SA currently.
