I bought a 44mm watch from them and only received a 37mm after emails and phone calls. I really did not expect this from them. I would expect them to have a system in place to make sure the correct stuff gets sent out
I have ordered a pair of Oakley sneakers and have returned 4 pairs due to the wrong size being sent. I have never been more disgusted with poor service of this nature! Not even to mention they never answer their customer service call centre! Totally pathetic company to deal with!!!!!
Worst experience ever with a panel beater. Poor quality workmanship! Vehicle had to be left for an additional two weeks after completion date and still not completed. No manager has even phoned or apologized once. Will not recommend anyone to use Renew it Rivonia!
I have been waiting since the 1st of August to be credit with R500 airtime. After losing 2000 minutes and 3gig of data and not being credited I am being harassed by a voice recording from vodacom about payment! They steal all my money but not one person has phoned me back even after loading numerous complaints! Worst possible attitude by the call centre staff!!!!! Currently looking for options to get away from the worst network!!!! Pathetic vodacom!
On the 1st of August I never got credited with my R500 airtime. By the 13th of August after phoning numerous times and talking to numerous agents not one ever phoned me back. I returned the debit order and debited the R500 and only payong the rest via eft vodacom now claims I owe them an additional R600. I lost 2000 minutes and 3 gig in data. I had been charged R250 extra on the red package also that was not spesified in the contract for three months.
