Scroll past them. The are other trustworthy companies. This one is a ****.
Credit salvage used company Accountability PTY LTD to list a default on my credit report. I inquired about their services but apparently I signed up with them. The documents they provided contain a signature that is not mine, the telephone number they apparently contacted me on is not my number and this sign up was based on whatsapp. I'm going to involve my lawyers for this, imagine being listed for 1k.

Geraldine Japhta from MEERKAT is terrible
A lady called Geraldine Japhta, refuses to hand over my profile to another company(a company I signed up with)for clearance. I don't even know how they got my profile because I just inquired to find out how much the price is, I did not even make any payments and yet she keeps harassing me saying she won't transfer my profile and it will remain on debt review. Is this what customer service has turned into.... it has been 4 months and she refuses to let go of my profile and keeps calling me to make payment. TERRIBLE SERVICE

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I made payments 4 months ago to get my name reviewed after a guy called Mlungisi insured me that they are the best, I informed him that I was inquiring with another company and he insisted I go with them, even sent voicenotes just to convince me. I made payment on time and now they/He went silent. No responses to my calls or sms. I want my money back. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.

Lekkeslaap is the worst Agency
Lekkeslaap gave us the worst customer service experience ever, the pictures they have for Harties is Africa are so misleading. The rooms are not up to standard, do not be fooled by the pictures on the website. There is only one toilet for the whole place so you have to wake up at night and go out to the toilet, such inconvenience 😭 and the rooms are so tiny. I won’t even mention the management, Derrick(The owner) is extremely rude, we tried talking to him to resolve our dispute but he was very dismissive. We paid over R5K to have the worst accommodation experience ever. And Lekkeslaap being the agency did not do anything, instead they sent us to the same rude manager. Please save your money and look at other accommodation agencies,because WOOOOOW🙈🤮

Bad customer service.
I ordered things for my kids online order number 197273. Snatcher advised that they did not have all the products and will be sending me a voucher for those items.I have sent 3 emails to find out on the voucher because I want to buy something else for them. I have received no response from snatcher. My emails are being read but no answer

Terrible Customer Service, Horrible staff. Save yourself the heartache and buy else where.
My invoice 32424 We bought couches from CWA, the couches were finally delivered after we chased and chased for them. We requested them to be shielded with plastic covers to avoid stains as i have 2 small boys, they agreed and we paid R1630 for the shielding of plastic covers, the couches were delivered unshielded so I requested a refund on the 4th of February 2022 and it was acknowledged by *****gwe. after a month of not receiving the refund I call to find out what is happening with the refund, They start giving us the run around again with our refund, they claim the couches were shielded by some invincible spray that we cannot see, I did not agree to a spray, I clearly stated that I want it shielded with plastic cover. and the manager Malcom tells me it is the sales person Luke's fault and Luke even calls me to tell me how he does not understand why someone would want to cover their couches with plastic. What NONSENSE is this?, the couches are MINE and I will do what I please with them. All he had to do was tell me they do not have the plastic cover from the beginning and I was not going to pay for it. Imagine pay R1630 for a spray??? I want my refund, this is going over 2 months now. I have had it with CWA and their unprofessional stuff. NEVER EVER buying from there again and I will make sure that none of my friends, colleagues, etc. purchase from them. No one should be going through this ****.

Terrible service, I will never buy from them again
I am truly disappointed with the service, I bought couches at CWA 1st week of december and we in Feb i still have no received them and there are no updates, I constantly have to call them to find out what is happening and they telling me the got the wrong color. They have terrible customer service, the consultants even shout at you. Very unprofessional and I would not advice anyone to buy from them. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
