SINCE JULY 2025 I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE @InfinityBattery Isipingo, I PAID FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BRAND NEW CAR BATTERY WHICH GAVE ME ENDLESS PROBLEMS IN JUST A MONTH. THEY THEN OFFERED A “LOAN” BATTERY AND MY CAR KEPT GLITCHING AND TURNING OFF AND WOULD HAVE TO BE REBOOSTED EVERY TIME I STOPPED AND WHEN I CALLED AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO THE OWNER BY THE NAME OF PRESTON, HE SAID I WILL HAVE TO BRING IN THE BATTERY, EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIM I WAS AN HOUR AWAY AND I AM WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND BOOST ME. HE JUST DIDNT CARE AND SAID THEY CAN ONLY ASSIST ME IF I BRING BACK THE BATTERY WHICH I DID TWICE AND TODAY WAS THE 3rd TIME AS I WAS MEANT TO COLLECT THE “ORIGINAL” BATTERY WHICH THEY SAID WAS TESTED AND THEY FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, BUT AS SOON AS I RESTARTED THE CAR, IT IMMEDIATELY TURNED OFF AND WHEN I RESTARTED IT AGAIN, IT SHOWED ERRORS AND WHEN THE ASSISTANT CALLED HIM TO EXPLAIN, HE GAVE ME THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! THAT PRESTON WHATEVER HIS NAME IS, IS SOOO RUDE AND RUNS AWAY FROM CUSTOMERS AND MAKES THAT SMALL BOY AT RECEPTION TO DEAL WITH FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS!! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT CARE AFTERWARDS AND BLAME YOU AS THE CUSTOMER ( and tell you that a car can drive from Dbn to Jhb without a battery so their battery was definitely NOT the issue) YOU WILL BE ON THE PHONE TRYING TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF AND HE WONT EVEN LISTEN TO YOU SINCE HE HAS ALREADY TAKEN YOUR MONEY. HE PUTS YOU ON SPEAKER AND THEN CARRIES ON TALKING TO OTHER PEOPLE AND MAKES SURE YOU HEAR THAT HE IS NOT LISTENING TO YOU! THEY SELL **** BATTERIES THAT HAVE PROBABLY BEEN ALTERED AND RESOLD AS NEW!! DO NOT EVEN BUY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU WILL CRY ****** TEARS!! I REGRET NOT CHECKING REVIEWS! THIS PLACE IS THE PITS AND THEY DONT CARE ONCE YOU'VE PAID!!
CEO OF THIS COMPANY FAT SHAMING WOMEN ON SOCIAL MEDIA! THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A HUMAN, WHO HAPPENS TO BE SHAPED LIKE A LIMP D***K THOUGHT HE WOULD WAKE UP AND SHAME US WOMEN FOR NO REASON! STOP SUPPORTING SUCH SCUMBAGS. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND THAT “APOLOGY” WAS FOR SAVING FACE! WE WILL KEEP REPORTING HIS PAGES UNTIL HE IS SHUT DOWN! HE WANTED TO TREND BY BODY SHAMING WOMEN! WHAT SIZE DOES HIS MAMA WEAR?
So on the 19th of November 2018 at 21h00 I boughy airtime for R100, R50 and x2 12 at Sasol garage Isipingo rail on Old Main Road. I got home and tried loading the R100 voucher and Telkom said the voucher was used on the 16th. I then call the garage and i speak to a Cassim and explain to him. He says I must come in to collect a new voucher but he will call the owner first then I said I’m home already and I live far and can’t drive so late by myself. I then ask him if he won’t take my details down and call me back which he then did. 15minute later, I don’t receive any call so i decide to take my mom and autistic daughter to the garage around 21h20. I call Telkom right in front of him and gave them the serial number and asked the lady on the phone to explain to this man and he just sat there and beckoned for me to bring him the phone and didn’t even move an inch from his seat. Then I ask him to come out from behind the gate or come closer so he can speak to the lady and he refused shouted at me saying he will call the owner. I then told him to NEVER scream at me like im a child and then I demanded a refund for all the vouchers I bought but then he refused and kept arguing with me. Workers just stood there and one of them actually said this is the 3rd incident and that Cassim should just refund me but he refused, locked himself in that office and Told me to come back in the morning. But on the phone I told him I work and I needed the airtime to do my research on the same night but he didn’t care and I asked to speak to the owner ht he refused and I asked for my refund and they refused to refund me and I kept shouting asking for my money but he ignored me and instead called their security guards as if he needed protection from 2women with a child. My child was unruly given her condition for 2hours with no assistant from someone who was supposed to be a manager or overseer. I was vividly mad and asked who would pay for my petrol because I came all the way for nothing and I’m being treated like I owe them money. A gentleman was passing by and ended up BEGGING that sorry excuse of a manager to at least record the incident and then sort it outin the morning. I spent 2hours in that garage being ignored because I wanted my refund. I am still very upset at the way that ‘manager’ handled the situation and I’m also very upset at how the owner did nothing even though he was called on the phone a number of times and now I am forced to go back AGAIN tomorrow to request for my refund and none of those people care about the time AND petrol wasted! I will make sure a lot of people know about this disgusting treatment I got from the worker there asI have a video of him shouting at me like I’m a child when they are im the wrong! I will not rest until everyone know about these thieves and I wan my money back. My whole family supports that’s garage as we fill up there most of the time when there are 2more garages around the corner! I WANT MY MONEY AND I HOPE THE OWNER WILL APOLOGIZE ON BEHALF OF HIS USELESS MANAGER AND I ALSO HOPE THIS MATTER IS ESCALATED SO THEY NEVER TREAT THEIR FUTURE CUSTOMERS THE WAY I WAS TREATED! That Cassim made me feel like I owed them money or it was MY fault that I bought an already used voucher. He was not helpful AT ALL NEITHER WAS THE OWNER AS HE COULD HAVE EASILY INSTRUCTED THEM TO GIVE ME A REFUND SINCE THEY WERE AT FAULT BUT THEY MADE US WAIT FOR 2h30 FOR NOTHING! I am digusted and disappointed andI want everyone to know what kind of people they are!! SUPPORT THAT GARAGE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I WANT MY MONEY
My best-friend and i requested Uber from Virgin Active KingsPark to Victoria Embarkment.. We got in the car and the Young driver had no idea where we were going and told us he it was his second day on yhe job. So my friend, seated in the front seat said he will direct him. He took off at lightening speed and i immediately complained about how fast he was driving especially since he did not know where we were headed. Moments later he started missing turns coz he was speeding and we had to take a much longer route.i kept telling him to slow down coz i have kids and didnt want to die (in a joking manner) he just said the car was faulty and if he slows down then it will switch off. I asked him why the owner would give him a faulty car he said he doesnt know. THEN at corner of Alliwal and smith street at the robots, the car jumped and kept rerving it and it kept jumping over the white lines then i just told him to stop so we could get off. I asked for the owners number and after calling it from that time until now i realize he gave me a wrong number coz i told him i will complain. Ive never been so dispointed and scared at the same time!!!! We were forced to walk on foot AT NIGHT
