Ordered kiddies meals after I was waiting 30 min in drive through, first they don't have toys, then I'm told to wait because my order is not ready, so i end up going in store. The order came in a standard brown bag... multiple kids were running around all wearing crowns eating from kiddies boxes. I asked for it to be put in kiddies boxes which thankfully they did . asked if i could get crowns, but no, now they're finished. Got home and the juices for the kiddies meals were also missing. Not cool!
Rated top for what? Paying for a 200mb line but worse latency u have ever seen, and no one in their 'support' can tell u why. The connection is good for downloading movies, God forbid u want to have a decent online game on playstation... just cause the speed is there doesn't mean u have to take a ****ty road to get there #justsaying
I've been with cool ideas, just under a year. While they have had their moments where I could have lost it with their call center. Overall they have been able to sort out all queries/tickets so far. I believe they have room for improvement, but that could be a training thing.
Your business is closed for a month and not 1 out of 5 stores I visited could stay open past 1 o'clock on the 1st day you reopen..... your employees sit behind the closed doors not even willing to let us know why they're closed..... your customer service is **** your pricing is ****. Mtn should get a fine for public indecency, **** in Public!!!
I've been with MTN for years now and they're still rubbish, I dropped my phone a few weeks ago, when I wanted to claim insurance I found out thy hadn't moved insurance from my previous upgrade, I didn't ***** about it. but now I'm due for an upgrade again, apparently my phone number isn't a MTN contract according to their website.... I'm done with this continuous **** poor **** story of an excuse MTN calls service.
This company was happy to install a garage door for me a few years ago, however since then the door has broken multiple times. Each time I call we arrange a time that's suitable but no one ever arrives or calls to arrange another time. The last time i called they simply hung up. The service is rubbish and attitude more so. Do not use these time wasters.
Call center is rubbish, sit on hold for 30 minutes for a 2 second answer...
I've been paying these people for years more than 500 a month, I receive one email a year telling me what i need to submit but no follow up, nothing. When call they say they'll call me back, this was now weeks ago. Their service is terrible. I've tried to cancel with the, and also no response. I'm pretty sure trying to get my money back for the nothing they've done would also be useless.
I submitted an insurance claim on the 31st of August it is now 2 weeks later and nothing has been done,I'ive tried calling the claims department but the calls just get cut, i called the store where i submitted my documents and spoke with Patricia at MTN the Glen who was able to check for the claim progress and i was informed that nothing had been processed to date. I've sent emails to MTN insurance and was told id receive feedback in 5 days, that was last week Monday, this is unacceptable!!!!
