Vw Hoopers Durban, really needs to up their game with their service advisors. I deal with a lady by the name of Dumi who never returns your calls, never updates you about your vehicle, and I had to escalate to the manager, and still nothing is done. Very poor service!
It's been a month and a half since I purchased my S21+ and I am still given the run around with regards to the delivery of my Galaxy buds + smart tags and the excuses from the Samsung call centre just gets more elaborate. I suspected that this marketing campaign failed and a Samsung agent confirmed my suspicion and looks like I'm not the only one affected by Samsung's inefficiencies. By the looks of it, I will only receive my buds and tags, when the Samsung s22 launches. Pathetic service !!! So much hype around the product launch and so many promises Samsung cannot fulfil. Samsung, If your supply chain is failing, turn to Apple for guidance.
My vehicle is with the dealership for 6 months this year and the technician by the name of Ashley advisede me that he tried everything and cannot repair the problem. the service manager by the name of shane Govender from Mcarthy vw Durban, insists that there is now problem with my vehicle because they cannot repair the vehicle and I feel that I am disregarded as a customer, even VW South Africa, fails to support me as a consumer and cannot resolve this matter.... VW SUCKS ... I will never buy a VW again and wouldn't recommend anyone to do so. my Vehicle is 18 month old, it sat in Mcarthy VW for 8 months and I had to wait a further 6 month for the vehicle to be repaired.... VW has no after service whatsoever... Seriously disappointed!
