I took my car in for a minor service and to have the fan belt replaced. After the servicing had been completed and the fan belt changed, the car’s 'new' fan belt snapped. The service provider refused to take accountability for the issue and also refused to refund me after I had paid the full amount for the services rendered. Based on this experience, I am very disappointed with the level of service and aftercare provided. All the best to whoever chooses to make use of their services, you've been cautioned.

The conclusion of my review before you even get to the end, is that if you are going to purchase a vehicle from these guys; then you better know what you are doing. Here's the context; we bought a vehicle from them in December 2020, I can assure you that the vehicle has spent most of its time at workshops more than on the road. At the best, the form of 'accountability' you'll get from them is this: "How were we supposed to know that the car has problems"....Lol. Anyway, as we speak the vehicle is in horrible shape, despite travelling a mere 18 000kms. So yeah, if you get a vehicle here just make sure you've got enough funds to either overhaul it or you have a backup vehicle. What ticks me off the most is that upon purchase, I specifically asked this question: Does it have any mechanical or electrical issues? Surprise surprise, the answer was a resounding "No". And I can bet you a million bucks (that I don't have) that if I traded the same vehicle in with them for another vehicle, that deal wouldn't go down well. So once you've completed your acquisition with them, make sure you have the following people on speed dial: A friend, a towing service, your insurance, and most importantly....the Ombudsman.
I bought a 2015 Ford Kuga from the dealership in December 2020. Car was in immaculate condition on the outside, but they failed to disclose that the car had an issue with the engine. Coolant was leaking into one of the piston chambers, which ultimately caused damage to the engine block and one of the cylinders. Literally a month after buying the car, I have to spend an extra R30 000 to have it fixed and running again. Dodgy deals and extremely poor service. I wish I knew better.
Great service attitude towards a customer, plus I managed to get a lowered premium (not much, but it makes a difference) :). Keep it up Onwabo
