so its me again . what a lot of bull**** i upgraded on Saturday still no bladdy phone or gear 3 frontier how the hell do you advertise something and still tell the client to wait another week. holy **** but when we need to pay the account it must be immediately. i cant believe this suppliers
i dont even want to give any stars i was suppose to upgrade on Sunday i asked for the Samsung S9 + gear 3 frontier. so they do not have in stock i asked them to order. they said it will take 2 -3 working days . i agree and said i will come and collect on Thursday. today i went there o sorry we didn'treceive anything. after i wasted my petrol to go there. and i also phoned them today . no said the lady it will be as Sasolburg branch before 2 i think Vodacom need to tell the clients 7 working days spoken to the manager. he said its not there fault its the stores so way advertised something but do not have it in stock???? vodacom is making me want to go to another provider than Vodacom. seriously
<p>We bought the boxes of 100's so we thought it will be a great buy as our family is diabetes but around 40% of the box is sachets is empty . It's so expensive and not every one can afford to buy empty sachets and worst of all going on the canderel website the email address they give to all the clients doesn't even work I'm so disappointed </p>
<p>I'm very disappointed with the customer service Vodacom Vaal mall gave me . Yesterday I went to asked about my amount I need to pay there was an extra amount on the monthly installment that I wasn't sure about and then asked them were ithe came from the guy who helped me was so rude when I told him my account is up to date he asked me with an attitude do I want him to explain or not he has got other work. I then told him please that's way I'm sitting here. He just told me I'm behind . Stand up and walked away. Every moth I ask the people working at vodacom what is the amount I need to pay and I pay that amount I phoned customer service and yet again they couldn't help me . I'm so disappointed with vodacom . O and by the way I was behind since November last year with an amount of R288 and they couldn't tell me that in that month now they want to suspend my phones . So today I went to pay it . After another vodacom shop helped me. And showed me were it happens. </p>
04/04/2016 i phoned the customers services to query about my lines thats blocked for a month now and paid my account in full nou they tod me that im in arrears but still not the 7 th yet and they dont want to unblock my lines because march isnt paid yet!!!!! Im a client at vodacom for 12 years now and i am very very disappointed. I cant believe vodacom is like that with their clients.
It has been a year since we filled in papers for my husbands pension fund. After a year we received a letter from them and in the letter they said my husbands bank account is not active but he gets he's salaries in the same account. I can't understand it because we phoned them every week asking for someone to help us. Then they will tell you that it's still busy with it and after a year a letter. Just don't know anymore. Ref nr is R 905759 please help it seems like the don't want to pay back your own money
