Great Service
I had an issue with empty sticks in a box of Canderel that I bought some time ago. After submitting a query on their website, they've sent me replacements within less than a week. This was unexpected and great customer service.

Great Service

bad service
i phoned the call centre yesterday with ref 1731762 and they said they will send someone but nobody has contacted me back yet and when you phone them and you hold then they say you are caller number 6 and then then next minute you are call number 10 but you dont get past number 6

Sticks are empty and filled inconsistently
In the last two months, I bought 3 tubes of 200 canderel sticks totaling about R370. I would estimate about 30 sticks per tube were empty and the rest were filled inconsistently. Some sticks have less than a quarter of the powder in them. This is an expensive product and it is not appreciated that you do not get value for the money that you spend

Sticks are empty and filled inconsistently
In the last two months, I bought 3 tubes of 200 canderel sticks totaling about R370. I would estimate about 30 sticks per tube were empty and the rest were filled inconsistently. Some sticks have less than a quarter of the powder in them. This is an expensive product and it is not appreciated that you do not get value for the money that you spend

NO Canderel!
I bought 2 packets of 50 Sticks Canderel sweetner. After opening the one packet consisted of 39 packets and the other one 40 packets. I have contacted canderel customer care without avail. I can totally understand if one packet is missing but 11! Come on Canderel! What is going on!

They respond with reply email. asked a bunch of questions I already send them with my email. promise to investigate and send replacement.
