Great Service
I had an issue with empty sticks in a box of Canderel that I bought some time ago. After submitting a query on their website, they've sent me replacements within less than a week. This was unexpected and great customer service.

Great Service

Sticks are empty and filled inconsistently
In the last two months, I bought 3 tubes of 200 canderel sticks totaling about R370. I would estimate about 30 sticks per tube were empty and the rest were filled inconsistently. Some sticks have less than a quarter of the powder in them. This is an expensive product and it is not appreciated that you do not get value for the money that you spend

Sticks are empty and filled inconsistently
In the last two months, I bought 3 tubes of 200 canderel sticks totaling about R370. I would estimate about 30 sticks per tube were empty and the rest were filled inconsistently. Some sticks have less than a quarter of the powder in them. This is an expensive product and it is not appreciated that you do not get value for the money that you spend

NO Canderel!
I bought 2 packets of 50 Sticks Canderel sweetner. After opening the one packet consisted of 39 packets and the other one 40 packets. I have contacted canderel customer care without avail. I can totally understand if one packet is missing but 11! Come on Canderel! What is going on!

open and empty sachet
I buy box of 1000 stick to save money. to my regret half the box sachets was not sealed and empty, sealed and empty or half. After battling to get hold of client service and sending emails. . They respond with reply email. asked a bunch of questions I already send them with my email. promise to investigate and send replacement.

sealed sachet with no sweetner in it!!
<p>This is the second time i have had canderal sweetner sachet and a few of the satchets were sealed perfectly but had no sweetener in them! it is really ridiculous to pay for this product to have this happen.</p>

Disappointed
<p>We bought the boxes of 100's so we thought it will be a great buy as our family is diabetes but around 40% of the box is sachets is empty . It's so expensive and not every one can afford to buy empty sachets and worst of all going on the canderel website the email address they give to all the clients doesn't even work I'm so disappointed </p>
