Without consulting with me I received an sms that the debit order will be deducted on 23 Dec 2022. Who is going to pay the bounce fees. This is not my debit order date
In the last two months, I bought 3 tubes of 200 canderel sticks totaling about R370. I would estimate about 30 sticks per tube were empty and the rest were filled inconsistently. Some sticks have less than a quarter of the powder in them. This is an expensive product and it is not appreciated that you do not get value for the money that you spend
I placed an order and paid on 15 May they said I will receive it on 22 May. Now tonight it shows It will only ship on 6 June. This is unacceptable. No one is communicating. Even the drivers are complaining that you do not answer thair emails.
I have closed this account on 06/01/2020 yet you have run the debit order again. The level of your service is the exact reason why I cannot do business with you as Discovery anymore. I need immediate action and the debit order reversed at no cost to me. Also, I require that the full amount is reversed as I am not paying bank charges this month
I have been requesting a cancellation of services from 6 May 2018. There is no response from Discovery Vitality and my account is still being debited. Discovery owes me the money for Vitality fees since July up until now. They need to refund this money
Ek kan nie help om te voel of ek ingedoen is nie. Van Feb af word ek aan n lyntjie gehou om op 17 Julie 2018 te hoor dat dit nog altyd n probleem was om n sein te kry vir my wireless internet. Elke maand betaal ek R720.00 net om te hoor dat julle nie die diens kan lewer nie. As mens nou eerlik moet wees dan is die kontrak nie net vir my om kontant te oorhandig nie maar vir julle om 'n diens te lewer. Ek het my kant van die kontrak nagekom todat julle kontrak gebreek het. Nou wil ek weet hoe beplan julle om my te vergoed. Ek word van 17 Julie belowe 'n Lizel sal my kontak maar dit bly net by die lee beloftes.
I ended my mweb adsl service around 7 months ago as I moved into an area that does not have adsl infrastucture. Since then I have emailed them asking them to stop debiting R55 every single month when I do not have an account with them and I do not get any response. The bill I receive is for email hosting which I have never signed up for
I have phoned telkom numerous times even tried to contact them via their web page to get a 7 month old refund. I ended my telkom service then. If I phone am being transfered up to 5 times and no one is helping me. When I went to the shop in Vaal Mall they handed me a phone and after 4 transfers to people whos department it aparently is not I hung up the phone with 2 hours wasted in that shop. In my opinion they are thieves who is quick to take a debit order when they should not but they do not give the money back
