I accidentally booked for 4 adults instead of 5 adults and 4 children,I called their reservation department for assistant and was told by a very rude lady at 14:55 that bookings.com shouldnt hve allowed holidays booking because they dont do holidays bookibg.That lady was very rude! damn im going straight to the refund button she z nit worth my hard earned money!
I went to FNB Protea Glen Mall yesterday.The spirit of Ubuntu, proffessionalism, hardwork and dedication is event from a wonderful lady by the name of Lesego Matsabisa who assisted me when I was so stressed that my busineess account was closed, she provided all the advice that I needed its thanx to her that she saved me from undergoing extra stress.Keep it up!
Very poor service only 1 lady is working to push the que,waited an entire hour to be called since 11:52 to 1255.
I just ordred chicken licken (Chiawelo) via uber eats by the name of Ronnie and the guy waited few minutes then drove away while the security were shouting that he comes back but never returned I drove quickly to the store to tell them about the matter, only to find an unproffessional manager (Ntombi) who told me that thers nothinh they can do,had no time for me whatsoever, busing taking and packing orders while im busy explaiing my story...I am so hurt to think that I waisted money ,time and petrol for such nonses
I went into my policy because I wanted to check where did my members reward voucher of R300 went yesterday.To my surprise a number I dnt know os registerd as my cellphone number,mine is registerd as my home number! What nonses is this????So is it Avbob employees or what?They are changing our numbers to claim our hard earned incomes.I even lost that nonses of a voucher to a stranger!Please find this culpri***** a women.Her number is 079 0385121
I have a home loan (bond )with standard bank,i never recieved any sms congratulating me for the house nor a happy letter, I then asked the owner that may I move in(we had an agreement) and he wanted me to pay rent.then later that month standard called and told me my account is in arrears..I was surprised as to how come because they never even told me that I should move in.eacg day since june a more than 5 debt collectors call me...everday I must expalin this story but they alwys say that the calls r recorded.No one is willing to help even the debt clear cwntre (whome I left an email for last week) they just lie and say they called me ..thrre was no redponse.today I tried to call the home loan department as they never debited again this month...they dnt answer my airtime is beinv waisted its now the 6th.when you call them each time you find a new person...poor service!the house is not in good condition but they said that they checked with the engineer.
On the 08/09/2015 Time(15:59) I received a call from select online from a lady who was very rude to me from the minute i picked up my phone.She asked (in a shouting voice full of attitude) that why didn't I pay for the credit car.I tried explaining to her that my daddy has passed away one day ago and that my mind is totally shattered and that i will pay by the end of the month. She raised her voice to me saying that that's not an excuse \ Was your father dead last month too because you did not pay?"I was so shocked and my heart was broken"
