I like to make sure all TELKOM customers know that TELKOM will not listen to any clients complaint. As soon as there is one problem with an account payment, pay the amount and move to another service provider. TELKOM will entertain you and in the meantime run up a bill for you. Good advise get out, pay and leave!

TELKOM JUST STOLE MY MONEY AFTER I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT. How is it possible that Telkom just go on doing their own thing, stole my money after I have paid my account in full. Do they not have any ethics. Then I ask them to cancel all the line and they only cancel two lines and not all three lines. You better make sure my money goes back to my account.
Tell m *****ing from customer on a daily basis, no matter how many times you are sending them mails they respond with automated response, telling you pay or they will keep on billing you. Then in the same message they tell you your service is suspended and you need to pay for them to reconnect, NOW WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? I ASK YOU TO CANCEL THE LINE ...... THERE are a lot of Networks that does stay within the rules. Do not sign up with TELKOM!!!!
For a cellular company your accounting is very bad, your staff is not trained and does not have any interest in customer satisfaction. How can a client be misguided? A request for banking details change was submitted more than one to you, with no action. When asked in store to check the account the staff give information that does not correlate to the information shared on email. From one month the the other the statement can't change, You can't give me 4 times the amount of I were in your store asking for the outstanding balance and confirming that the banking details was changed. I have requested more than once for you to cancel an out of contract account and that is also not being actioned. Withe the way you conduct accounting your client will never be able to cancel their contract!!!!!
You have a Gmail account, sign up to another service provider as soon as possible. For years all is going well untill you think you need more space and sign up for their monthly storage just to find out they are going to block your account as soon as you unsubscribe. They tell you you reached your limit and that your mailbox will stop working just to make money out of you. There is a lot of service providers out there, do not be fooled.
STANDARD BANK - Steeling once money Standard Bank charged me R160 because I was paying my CREDIT card via transfer from my debit card. So they blocked it and decided that I will not have that option anymore. They trained their staff to miss-guide their clients while they are well aware that they are doing. Standard Bank refuse that I pay my credit card, why? Because they are also ******* and have 3rd parties on their payroll which they need to support. You take measures into your own hands and steel from the poor, how does that work. When I were in the bank I clearly stated I need the account link as I need to pay my credit card. Then what do you do, you did not link the accounts? Standard Bank is not a bank you can trust, they don't look after their clients. I could see how they consultant was looking at me while she was on the phone. If your have are not to be trusted you should not be working in a bank. You put blocks so that you can make sure I don't pay my account, what kind of pathetic bank are you?
STANDARD BANK - MINIPULATE YOUR SERVICES This morning I needed to transfer money to my other account to pay for fuel as Monday morning when I wanted to use my debit card, I could not use my card, as Standard Bank is manipulating the functions on your cards. The card declined as they said I reached my card limits which was not true. Standard Bank does not want people to be able to pay their credit cards, so they put blocks on their accounts to say that you need to safeguard your account and once you click on there, they remove your app from your phone. Asking them to provide you with your account details so that you can pay your account they also do not provide. You pay what you can afford and then you will get messages from the bank telling you if you pay more, they will open your account, what nonsense is that a bank is not a gambling house you can't spend which you don't have. Then they get two different lawyers to phone you, why are you doing that you blocked my debit card which was linked with my credit card, and I moved funds over every month to pay my credit card, now you want me to lose my job also because I can't put petrol in my car? No, I don't see how the bank is employing people these days which operates like ********s. You want people to stop paying? You are not allowed to block people's cards. This morning when I wanted to draw money from my debit card you swallowed the card and said to many wrong pins, nonsense!!!!!!!
Capitec bank assisting Google account to take money from your accounts, if your account does not have money for them to debit they will allow Google to submit debit orders twice the 5 times a day and then find the RD with funds in your other accounts. Why does Capitec allow that, is it not making them part of steeling people's money?
