Car Service City is sharing your information as well as your car information with third parties. I did discuss it with the branch where I had my car serviced and they assured me it was not them. I then contacted the Car service head office and requested that my contact details to be removed from their system. Since then I did not receive any marketing calls from any car insurance company. Just be aware of this
MYTRAVELUTION DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS Do not deal with this company at all, walk away as quickly as you can. I did sign an agreement with them, as was told that they would use 14 of my Holiday Club points and they would rent out the property to tourists from overseas. Mytravelution does not own any property and they rent property out from people like me who stand to lose some points, they will charge a 10% handling fee the money I will make will cover Mytravelution subscription and the levies of the Holiday club. They all have an agreement with the Holiday Club and this is all in agreement with them. This is not true as The Holiday Club does not allow this Normally you are invited in the evenings to attend their meetings, there is no way that you can confirm this with The Holiday Club. Mytravelution tells you that you have a cooling off period and that you can cancel your agreement with them in this period of five days. You do not get your agreement in the five-day cooling off period, you will only receive your agreement after the cooling off period has elapsed. When I received my agreement there were error on it as the name on the agreement was wrong and the Id number was incorrect. Mytravelution changed the agreement and made the corrections, attached an addendum to correct the errors. Mytravelution signed all the new document on my behalf by one of their employees that I have the name off. Not one of the signatures on the document is my own. Getting Mytravelution to except this is a nightmare. Stay away from this company they are ****mers, be warned.
I made a booking at Umzumbe Chalets for a week, after I made the booking I received an email on the resort rules. At first, I thought it was a prank but later confirmed this with them. Here are some of the things you have to comply with Bring your own towels for the beach and bathroom Bring your own DSTV decoder and cables Bring your own cleaning material although the units are serviced Bring your own dishcloths and dishwashing liquid Provide your own toilet paper for the duration of your stay You need to pay a levy of R30 a day to use electricity Pay the levy and a breakage deposit of R1000 one week before arrival otherwise, you can not enter the resort and will be fined. If you are not in your unit to allow the cleaner in, your unit will not be serviced. This is a three-star rated resort but it does not comply with the minimum set standards as laid down by the tourism board
Yesterday 30 September 2015 at 13:32 my alarm went off, I received a call from the control room informing me that my alarm was activated. I requested that ADT must dispatch a response vehicle to inspect the property, as there is no one at home at that time. I returned home more than a hour later to inspect the property and to see what the cause of the activation was. I left home again at 14:44 after I was satisfied that nothing was wrong. When I left my property an ADT vehicle drove up to me saying that they have received an alarm activation and want to investigate One hour and twelve minutes later.
I reported this matter to the control room and demanded an explanation why it took so long for the response to arrive some managers refused to take my call. An excuse offer to me for the late response was because it was windy, what will happen if it rains or there is hail or snow?
This morning 1 Oct from 08:30 I was trying to speak to a manager to get an explanation, the phone either gets dropped or you are placed on hold for ever.
