I have a Vodacom Cellphone account and a Fibre account with Vodacom. In 2020 I canceled the Fibre account at my previous address as I moved to my new house. On taking occupation of the new premises, I had Fibre installed at the new property. The original one was not reinstated but cancelled. The current installation is a new installation. For 2 years I paid R903.08 per month for the Fibre installation at the new property. Suddenly in June 2022 my subscription went up from R903.08 to R2415.26/month. Due to the fact that the account was paid by debit order, I never really became aware of this until the beginning of November 2022. In November 2022 I contacted Vodacom and queried this amount. I was informed that I had 2 Fibre accounts, one at my new residence and one at the residence where I previously resided. When I inquired as to how the second one was reinstated with approval from me, I was told that it was a mistake and it would be rectified. It has now been 3 months and yet this matter has not been resolved. Even with numerous calls and reference numbers for the queries and cancellations, nothing has been done. I continued to pay my account as owed for my cell number and the Fibre for the new property. The additional amount of R1512.15 I have not paid as it is a cancelled service of which I have proof. This amount has now compounded to a figure of roughly R7,000.00, which is not due by me. Due to these arrears they have now cut my services. I have tried endlessly to sort this out but to no avail. it seems to fall on deaf ears. Not one single department in the Vodacom head office know what the next one is doing. Collections tell me that there is a query on my account which can be seen under my profile and thus they will not suspend my services. Billing is not attending to the issue. Customer services push me from pillar to post. Vodacom Fibre send me notifications that they will remove the re-installed Fibre and reimburse my money, yet to date nothing has happened. I am now cut off although I have paid what I was supposed to pay according to my statement. I run a business with this Fibre and I have had to get another router that works off a SIM card and load data onto this SIM so that my guests have WIFI as I advertise. This cost is absorbent. Vodacom CEO. when do intend having your people do their job and sort peoples problems out. How is it possible that a problem that should take less that a day to sort out is not resolved in 3 months and still remain unresolved. Is your major task to see how long you can make your subscribers wait for money owed to them, cut their service and hope this goes away while the overpaid money remains in your coffers. I hope that a competent person will handle this problem and resolve it. You are costing me money, but I am more than 100% certain that you will not reimburse me for the expenditure that I have made to keep my guests with WIFI. Lets see if I get some response from someone who cares after writing this review. I Still have 7 months of my contract remaining, but if this matter is not resolved I have no alternative but to refuse to pay another cent to Vodacom. I have not broken the contract, you have. Aggravated customer
For all people that intend to use Multi Tech Repairs, I would like to use this service to warn you against using this company for any repairs at your premises. It is not the company that they portray themselves to be on the internet. They are fly by night one man business that comes into your home to repair items then do not fix the problems and then when you contact them to come back and fix, they never return. They then do not answer the phone when you phone. They offer a 6 month Guarentee for work done but its only a ploy to have you believe that they are reputable. Do not fall into the trap that i feel into. They changed me R3200.00 to replace a compressor on our fridge. not only did they supply the wrong compressor but damaged all the piping in the fridge beyond repair. the fridge now needs to be repaired by a reputable company which will need to fix all his mess-ups. The fridge never got cold when they left. when we phoned them 1 hours later that said it needs to runs for 4 hours then it will be cold. By the next morning the fridge was no longer working and all the gas had escaped from the unit. The Technicians name is Livingstone (Apparent owner)

Kitchen Delights.

Anyone wanting to do business with Kitchen Delight we would advise against it because of the following reasons:

1. The company portrays themselves as a large company but they are very small. They do not have teams to do the work but rather opt to use people off the street to come into your home and do the work.

2. The owner Gareth Roberts only is seen once or twice and that is when he first measures and give the quote and maybe once more. They also never answer mails timeously.

3. He wants all the money upfront before even starting with the installation of the kitchen. If he has not received 90% then the units are not delivered. After this they are delivered in drips and drabs.

4. They charge an arm and a leg for the installation but pay the installer peanuts. The installer is good at what he does but he is bound to delivery from the company’s side which causes him to take a month to do the job that could have been completed in 2 weeks.

5. The time frame to install the kitchen units is promised at 2 weeks but it takes a month as the timber for the units has not been ordered or prepared.

6. The Project Manager is arrogant and has no manners.

7. Their after sales service is very poor. We contacted them to repair a few snags a week after the kitchen was completed it was a major event for them to come a fix the snags.

8. The client is second in their eyes. They have zero client relations capability.

9. They cannot issue you with a tax invoice as they do not have a VAT number.

10. They cannot issue you with any COC because they use people off the street.

11. They do not have closed vehicles to transport the timber product in when it rains, thus allowing the timber to be exposed to the elements while transporting.

12. There was some incompetence portrayed when we ordered the Granite for the Kitchen. It was supposed to be booked for us which never happened and when we went back to inquire about the granite it had already been sold off to someone else. It cost us more to change to a different type of slab. The owner refused to take responsibility for his slipup.

13. They try to force things down on you. My perception here is that they have surplus items that they are trying to get rid of.

14. The Cornice that has been installed is pulling lose from the ceiling and walls. We will need to get this repaired by another contractor.

15. We had to bring in our own plumbers to complete the plumbing due to the people that the company brings to do the work is off the street people. No COC can be issued due to this.

If you what a quality Kitchen installed professionally, do not use Kitchen Delights, you will not be impressed.

We came across EMF Tiling Service on the internet. We have had some bad experiences with tiling contractors and decided to try them. First off the contractor came across as professional and knowledgeable.

The work commenced and when the tiling of the walls were in progress the tiles started falling off the walls. After investigation it was found that the contractor was making us of a Ceramic tile glue for Porcelain tiles. This was voiced to the contractor as a concern and the contractor refuted this,. We then contacted the tile glue suppliers and they sent a representative to our premises. It was explained to the contractor by the representative that only a porcelain tile glue must be used on full body porcelain tiles.

To our amazement the contractor argued with the rep that they always work like this and have never had any complaints. Over and above this we were forced to remove all the tiles and redo the work. On removal it could be seen that a notched trowel was never used to spread the tile glue. The glue was put on in lumps and applied to the surface.

The contractor was not prepared to take responsibility.

Do not lose money as we did. Stay away from this contractor.
