Have dealt with both the Pretoria iStores in Woodlands and Brooklyn over the past 12 months, and I can honestly say their service has been nothing short of incredible. From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely keen to help—whether it’s with product advice, troubleshooting, or repairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend either of these iStores to anyone in the Pretoria area looking for excellent Apple service and support.
Since January 2024, I’ve been asking and asking Lancet Laboratories by email to resubmit an account to the medical aid. There was a problem with the approval number but this was sorted out by Discovery on 18 January 2024. Every single email auto reply says “ We apologise that, due to increased volumes in our email, our responses may be delayed:” I keep getting sms’s to pay the amount. Why can’t Lancet just resubmit the account. All other service providers have been paid.
I have many times ordered from Netflorist and always been thrilled with their products. In December, I ordered Christmas decorations and was not happy with the quality. After sending an email to Netflorist, they immediately said I would be refunded. They collected the decorations and three days later the money was in my account. Impressive service.
Forshini Woodlands. I waited in the queue for 30 minutes. The only people in front were at the tellers. They were on a deliberate go slow. After 15 minutes, they called someone to go in front of me. I had no choice but to leave. The queue behind me at 10 people. At no time did they ever acknowledge I was even there.
Russell Demont scammed by mother (age 82) and me. He took our money for treadmill parts and disappeared. He said his name was Robert and his company was “Up and running treadmills”. He is also the owner of "Treadmilltech" and "Fixatreadmill”. He is a career criminal and has been scamming people since 2011. He arrives with his two little blonde daughters to look legitimate. He asks that you pay the money into a “WH Birkenstock” account which apparently belongs to his mother. Beware!

We had a dualview pvr1 and a HD decoder. In this way, we could watch 3 channels. This was convenient as my husband, daughter and mother had there own channels. Now Multichoice have deliberately sent an update that is incompatible with the pvr decoder. We are now forced to buy the Explorer plus another decoder to watch 3 channels separately. This means that we will have to pay an additional subscription which is unexceptable. Surely this is illegal and contravenes the Consumer Protection Act.
