Accommodation disaster Margate
Will definitely not ever recommend anyone book with this bnb. Firstly the check inn was a disaster. Location on the booking confirmation takes you to a totally different address, not a house away, a totally different street. The host insisted i booked for 1 person and need to pay additional money to her even though i had a screen shot of the booking for 2 adults. The People who the owner got to book us inn as they were out of town were drunk. We got soaked from standing in the rain for nearly 10minutes as the lady could not get the house open. The property was a mess as its obvious they are busy with building. Hardly any place to park your vehicle. Seaview was advertised. There was no sea view and i actually have photos. The host tried to get me to pay her more after i was already charged for 2 people: i refused to stay there after her husband phoned me and started arguing with me over a bath…the description said a bath and shower and there was only a shower so after all these issues i asked for a refund which they refused to give even though they were in the wrong here. The room is extremely small. This place is over priced and these hosts need to know that arguing with your guests when they have proof is never a good idea.

A bank that has your bac****
I dont know what i would have done without fnb in the covid 19 pandemic. You guys have had my back all the way and still continue to carry me through my hardship without any salary. My relief fund was suppose to end this month and fnb extended it for another 3 months as my situation at work is still in a dark place. Thank you fnb. You took a mountain off my shoulders today. Through the years you have been the bank that i could always count on, i really appreciate everything you as a team have done for me and my family.

Famous king steers? Whatever!!!!
Very very dissapointed in the king steers burgers we just ordered from Bethal Steers. This was the worst burger we have ever eaten, and the chips were horrible. Its seems like we got old food. Steers was our twice a week spoil, but won't be ordering again. Something went terribly wrong.

We were robbed and had to claim items at insurance. Tshepiso was friendly, very helpful and processed my claim quick an without any hick ups. as a victim of crime one usually feels stressed and thanks to his extra care and understanding I cant rest assure that I'm in good hands. he is an excellent consultant and an example to many.
