The **** is so believable, thank you to everyone writing these reviews. I almost fell for it, and I almost inserted my ID number on their website, but something said I should go check out HelloPeter reviews before anything.

I am absolutely appalled by the atrocious service I received from Thami, a delivery personnel from The Courier Guy, who was tasked with delivering my Makro order. I have never experienced such shockingly poor customer service in my life. I truly wish Makro would reconsider their partnership with this courier company, as every other delivery I’ve received from Makro has been smooth—until now. The nightmare started when Thami called me to inform me that he had arrived, without so much as a simple greeting. I politely requested that he leave the oven with a lady who would be there to receive it, and I told him I would provide the delivery pin to her directly for security reasons. He rudely insisted on getting the pin from me over the phone, which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I asked him to pass the phone to the lady, he outright refused, saying it was his phone. His demanding attitude was beyond suspicious and unprofessional. After insisting multiple times, he eventually handed the phone over to the lady, and I gave her the pin. She later informed me that Thami was incredibly rude to her, leaving without even a simple "thank you" or "goodbye." I was so disgusted by his behavior that I sent him a WhatsApp message, letting him know I would be giving him a low rating for his lack of customer service. Instead of addressing the issue, he had the audacity to call me back, aggressively stating, “I will not use his phone to run my business.” He then went on to send me hostile voice notes, showing complete disregard for any semblance of professionalism. I am utterly disgusted by this entire experience. This level of rudeness and disrespect is unacceptable, and I strongly advise Makro to reconsider using The Courier Guy for future deliveries. No customer should ever have to go through such a distressing ordeal.
I entered into a 12month lease agreement with City property from March this year and this month I had trouble with paying my rent on time. I arrived today to find locks had been changed! I understand that Iam late which is why I even tried to make arrangements with their credit control but nobody picked up the phone hence I even left voicemails! Where am I supposed to sleep tonight? Is this not an illegal eviction by city property!?
