I have a problem with payjustnow,their app does not work it keep denying my email address while they sending me emails when i report they respond but not helping whith the bug in their app they do not care about their customers i have been reporting no feedback about the problem and their app sometimes it work sometimes not it embarrasing when you do shopping only to find out its not working it was okey while its an abroad app since its South Asfica app never work properly what can we do about it?
A very good experience with their spar i went ther for my birthday for a full body massage face facial pedi and menicure everything went well ,i would like it to be my dream date again
My problem was resolved though some agents are a bit rude i will thank those who put themselves in my shoes and resolve the isue they must keep it up with their job Thank you Capitec Customer care team
2018 i app**** for a funeral policy in clairwood capitec,and the consultant stated my children as extended family instead of extended children only when i try and update the policy different premiums shows when i visit the bank they explain only policy department can eddit by delete my children and re add them again as new on policy but what about my premiums i paid for 7 years? Its about R28 600 ,and all the agents keep messing up with me and this poli y they do not want to eddit and finish up with it m so drained heart broken with this policy and if they put me on waiting peiod how cz the policy ne er have waiting period for the first time cz i was from old mutual they make it my fault as if i dit wrote on their system my children as extended family only they have to change is my children as extended children and decide the way forwad not what will be unfair to me as they iw me 7 years premiums m so drained and heart broken at the same time
What a bad experience with Durban workshop post office,on the 5/11/2025 i went to send the parcel to Europe and the workers told me that the cut off date is on the 7/11/2025 but they denied to take my parcel after wasting my half of the day they told me to go back home,on the way i decided to go to durban station where i manage to sent my parcel to France and i was told that France is not been cut off like other countries and the cut off date was the 7th not 5th sometimes workers are being lazy for no reason
I went to capitec 3 times to sort out and update my funeral policy and it was not sorted 3 different types of premiums to pay in 1 policy was not sure what was the problem and they end up saying policy department is offline then i try their agents on whatsapp 5 agents couldnt do it keep getting errors and they just dissapear on the app and a new agent will restart again after hours talking to anpther agent how possible i have to pay different premiums on 1 policy Capotec is dissapointing
Pick n win isipingo is so disappoing firstly Workers especial males they so heartless they can push you or hit u with their trolleys and act like nothin happens And this shop advertised Alluminium windows with low price everbody travelled from far to buy when we got there they have millions different excuses about the price no apologies on the internet and media as they posted advert i was ****ed
Very dissapointing Startimes its fully paid but no channels for 7 days now 😭😭😭😭 i will jave to cancel this thing
I am highly dissapointed about St****t its been 4 days now channels does not exist while its been fully paid for the month but if u late on payment for 1 minite they switch off the decorder but all sout African paid their decorder but its not working and they did not solve their problem ,whats gonna happen to our fully paid month?
