Fontana Kwikspar at Twist & Smit Street Hillbrow has been my shop since 1993. Yesterday, evening 28 October 2018. I had some items in my hand which i wanted to leave at parcel counter but the security officer buy the name of Mbongeni as his friend called him refused to take my items saying they do not have them in the shop so there is no need to leave them. But I asked him may I please leave them because I will not be able to do my shopping comfortably but he still refused. I met the store/floor manager at the door and I said to him, can ask, before i can finish my question and he said to me, sister move, move you are blocking other customers and after that he said what was the question, very rude. I passed and got into shop to buy. when I came out I told him I did not like his attitude and the way he treated. I further said Spar is my shop and his attitude is not going to stop me from coming. He told me that even I do not come he will still get paid and my complain or question about the security officer has nothing to do with him. I know the reason that I have been treated like this by the store manager, is because I will always make him aware of the expired products especially the dairy products, the products that are on promotion but not available, the products with prices especially the cheese products. We have been encountering these problems since he took over we never had any problem with previous manager. There is a huge difference between this store and the one in Highpoint. kindly further note that cash tills only the cashier can see the due amount after scanning the products and the customers cannot see, those things for the customers to see the due amount has been broken long ago. You have to ask the cashier, how much must I pay all the time.
I have business account with Nedbank which i called the bank asking why was i charged honoring fees of R90.00 X 4 while my debit orders have gone through, i was told that my deposit was late. my account was in access and Nedbank closed my account with notifying. the process was explained to me after my account was closed. I have tried to make arrangements with Anina to at least give the chance until the 24 October 2015 but she refused to reopen my account. I ask for an advise has nothing to advise. I am asking Nedbank to re open my account i do not want to move to another bank.
