JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO ONE KNOWS WHATS GOING IN...BEEN WAITING AND BEGGING FOR A SERVICE TO BE ACTIVATED FOR OVER A WEEK. NOW ITS ANOTHER STORY...EACH PERSON U SOEAK TO HAS A DIFFERENT STORY...NO STRAIGHT ANSWERS, NO CONCLUSION...

I HAVE 2 SERVICES RUNNING WITH VUMATEL / WEB AFRICA. MY FIRST SERVICE WAS INSTALLED AND UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. SECOND SERVICE HAS TAKEN R1300 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND IT STILL A BATTLE TO GET HOLD OF THEM OR GET ANY FORM OF SERVICE OUT OF THEM. WHEN SPEAKING TO THEM, I MADE IT CLEAR THAT THE CURRENT BOX INSTALLED IS VUMA, TODAY AFTER WEEKS OF BATTLING, THEY SEND OUT ANOTHER TT CONNECT TECHICIAN AND ADVISE ME THAT I NEEDED TO WAIT ANOTHER 21 DAYS FOR INSTALLATION WHEN I ALREADY HAVE A BOX READILLY INSTALLED. I NEED MY WIFI UP AND RUNNING BY WEEKS END. NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU ONLINE IS USELES, CHAT BOT IS USELESS, CALLING IS WASTING MONEY AS NO ONE RESPONDS, YOU CANT GET HOLD OF THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT, ITS RIDICULOUS

GOOD DAY, WE RUN A SMALL SIDE BUSINESS. MADE THE DIRE MISTAKE OF CHOOSING TO BANK WITH TYMEBANK. ON THE WEEKEND THERE WERE ENDLESS ISSUES WITH TYMEBANK, WE COULDNT TRANSFER MONEY, NOR COULD I DRAW AS I NEVER HAD A CARD FOR THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT. EVENTUALLY IT SEEMED TO BE SORTING OUT AND I WAS ABLE TO TRANSFER R8800 OVER TO MY MOM'S ACCOUNT (THAT HAS A CARD IM ABLE TO USE). MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT IS FROZEN AS THE BANK CLAIMS WE SPENT THEIR MONEY, MY MOMS ACCOUNT IS ALSO ON HOLD IM TOLD DUE TO THE SAME REASON. IVE SENT OVER THE REQUIRED PAYMENT OF R610 TO THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT, STILL BOTH ACCOUNTS ARE LOCKED. I HAVE GONE TO THE SAP TO LOG A CASE, AS WE ARE NOW BEING PERSUED BY OUR CLIENT FOR ***** DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PURCHASE THE NEEDED MATERIALS TO COMMENCE WITH THE WORK ON SITE. IVE SPENT IN EXCESS OF R300 PHONING, IVE GONE TO PICK N PAY NORTHMEAD MALL THIS MORNING, CALLING AND BEING TOLD THAT WE USED THE BANKS MONEY. I HAD 3 PAYMENTS COME IN: R3300, R8100 AND R10000 IVE TAKEN R3000 CASH SENT AND R8800 SENT TO MY MOMS ACCOUNT. NOW I CANT ACCESS EITHER. I WAS TOLD TO PAY OVER R610 AND THE ACCOUNT FREEZE WILL BE LIFTED. I HAVE DONE SAME, WE ARE STILL NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS OUR FUNDS. THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN UNFROZEN, YET I CANT GET TO THE FUNDS IN MY MOMS ACCOUNT THAT I TRANSFERRED OVER DUE TO THE CONTINUOUS ISSUES WITH THE BANK!!!! HER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FROZEN AND NEITHER THE APP OR ONLINE BANKING IS GRANTING US ACCESS. THE CARD IS USELESS ALSO. IN THE MEANTIME I HAVE UPSET CLIENTS, LOSING BUSINESS OVER BAD REVIEWS OVER SOMETHING ENTIRELY OUT OF MY CONTROL!!!!!! SHOULD I NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND MY MOTHERS ACCOUNT BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY, I WILL ADVISE MY CLIENT TO TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS WITH TYMEBANK. THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A FRUSTRATION. This has been THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company we have EVER dealt with. Their team is ***********, and should not be let NEAR your emails / web site. It has been the worst experience ever. They charge you an arm and a leg, and when the services are not as it should be, naturally a change is required to another company that CAN DELIVER results at a more competitive price, YOUR SERVICES ARE SWITCHED OFF, CALLS AND MESSAGES are ignored. With PROOF of their incompetence, they still switched off our services even though the error is on their part, causing us to have a delay in URGENT emails being sent and received, missing deadlines. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY!!
PATHETIC SERVICE! So unprofessional. Money hungry. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE CHARM OF THE SALES TEAM!!! Its not as it seems! What a horrible experience. Our services are fully paid for the month, yet we are switched off due to wishing to use another provider. No one takes our calls, nor are our messages responded to!! Really horrible service!
So, my insurance insisted that i use this USELESS company for the repair of my BMW's Turbo. Waited 3 weeks for the quote submission to the insurance, ended up a month later to have the police assist me in obtaining my vehicle. I was told the vehicle had been repaired, however, the day after collecting my vehicle, the exhaust fell off. With much frustration they sent someone to fix it, the very next day the vehicle started leaking water, again sent someone to "fix" it. After 3 weeks the breather pipe was broken (also part of the so called repair), this was repaired, and now the vehicle is in limph mode. The turbo is broken again. The insurance is insisting for us to keep taking the vehicle back to these *********** people. The owner Buddy doesnt seem to give a **** about anyone or anything, just seems like wants the money. I WILL BE TAKING THE INSURANCE AND ZAKSPEED TO THE OMBUDSMAN.
