Rating should be zero and after the review Rudi Theron the owner called to shout at me and threaten me. After he calmed down he advised on how we should proceed and I email them to cancel the contract and request 75% of the deposit paid. My experience was not good. I have paid a 50% deposit out of R52300. I was not happy with the planned worked and decided not to continue after day 1 of prep work. I have requested refund for part of the money paid since we could not finish the job and they have not responded. I did not take possession of the material as I was not happy with the work done.
Sean from Bsure kept me updated throughout the claim process until the car was completed. He phoned the panel beaters on my behalf to get latest update. Am am happy with the outcome and process 😀

Very bad service received for a R52300. Pieter, the salesman assessed my slab roof and made all the promises to fix the leak, open existing outlets wider and make new ones where water was not flowing. The moment I paid 50% change, communication changed, I could not get the start date. When I call Pieter he will send me to Rudi and when I call Rudi he will send me to Pieter. On the 23rd of July they send two guys who complained about the work and refused to open the new outlets and widen existing ones. Just after 30 minutes of their late arrival at 10:00am Rudi, the owner of company demanded a 25% payment and another 25% at the end of the day without finishing the job. His guys left around 5pm and this is what they have done. They have since disappeared with my deposit money and no job done. Their contractor vanished with their cheap material for the job of about R5000. Rudi is only after money and is not interested in the job done by his employees. He doesn’t not inspect nor visit sites to verify the work. All he does is to demand instant payments.
They sell hair and customized wigs. So, they downloaded pictures of wigs from other places and shared them on their page saying they are selling a wig, which was a 20 inchs Malaysian curls which looked nice on the pictures. It was advertised for R1675 and they requested a further R850 for customization. They then shipped the orders and the wig I received is of sub standard and is not the same as the picture. They could not produce the wig on the picture. The length and the hair type is also wrong. Knowing they are not producing what they are advertising, they turned-off comments on instagram. I ordered and paid for 19kg gas cylinder on their digital platform. I received order and payment confirmatio from the company. When it came to delivery time, the company called to request a payment of R300 which is not on the invoice, stating that cylinders and fuel is expensive. This is totally unacceptable treatment of customers and they must stop online sales as they have different prices. which are contraditory. If they don't update price increases, it is not the fault of customers and they must deliver the goods per invoice. There was no apology from the company.
They installed my solar gyser in November 2011 and it does not work. The solar geysers industry body inspected the installation and confirmed that it was not installed to standards and that it was not working. The service is very bad. They have not delivered on my late dad's tombstone since last year and we have been sent from pillar to post. No update and confirmation whatsoever about the order. There is no commitment on their part to fulfil the order. My mother who is 76 is at pains as she feels she will pass away before the order is fulfilled. They are operating outside of the law by illegally loading your third party lease rental on your meter wallet. When you top up your utilities wallet they illegally deduct the 3rd party rent and not use the money for water and electricity as they are mandated. They are not a collection agency.
I had printing orders in December and the first order they sent late. Some of the covers when not laminated properly because they were rushing it. I placed second order and it was done well. The 3rd order was placed on the week of the 16th December and upon inspection I noticed the lamination was not done properly because the covers were peeling off. I sent images and they promised to fix it, and I told the about the meeting with my distributors to send their samples in for QA so that we will be sure of the quality and shelf life once the books were placed at stores.<br> Ronnie undertook to resolve it and to ensure that I had books to take to the distributor. On the morning of my meeting there were still no books delivered. He waited for me to leave for my meeting and then delivered the same copies with the same problems on the covers. I called him to ask him why, and he promised to send someone and as usual it was just a lie. I always give them ample time to do the printing job & lamination, but they only do a rush job just when they are about deliver. Am stuck with book copies that I can't sell now.<br> I explained to him how important it was to deliver quality as am supplying stores.
