She explained everything & was efficient. She was over & above the best customer service personnel I have dealt with who made everything seamless. Good Day, I dont know how many consultants I had to chat with on the online chat service via my app to NO HELP ZERO ZERO til now. Adelia,Nothukela and Bonolo. Firstly I had to explain my issue that was never sorted out on numerous occasions and I fail to understand why all these consultants had to say "We have had no response from me" where I have been speaking "typing" out and waited for service over 2hrs to no assistance. Wasted time, mind you these chats are saved and one is able to go back and check what the query was but NOOOOO I had to keep on explaining myself to nowhere. ZERO ZERO! I am highly frustrated as this online chat is supposed to make things easier and faster well that deserves a zero from me. my initial issue was the following: Last week Tuesday (22 .2.2022) I initiated a bank verification on CSD which takes about 4 days to be verified, to date that has not happen and I have reached out to FNB to try and find out what the issue is on their end as they verify a bank account should you be banking with them. I need an answer asap. DISSATISIFED, TIRED, DISAPPOINTED!!
It is always a great pleasure to speak to a consultant who is polite, bubbly and respectful. One who knows what she is doing, well spoken. Great service and value for money. I had missed/skipped 2 of my car service(S). I spoke to a friendly agent who was happy to assist and escalate my query(I forgot to take down her name)apologies.She told me the turn around will be within the same day (17 May 2021),indeed the she kept her word.I received an email from Pearl Sofuthe confirming that I had been approved for my 90 000 km service that I would have forfeited.This has saved me alot of strain and financial implications.My car is at my dealership for a service today (19 May 2021). great service,diligence and professional customer service from the above mentioned ladies.Please keep the good work ethic up.You are both highly professional and would recommend liquid capital to my friends and family members. I also spoke to Kwena a gentleman. A very easy going,full of patience and friendly sales agent(You are my go to guy for this extension). I am planning to extend my service plan for the next 5 years with you that's one thing for sure. You are all assets to your company!Keep up the excellent service and putting the "Human" back into the word(S) Customer service. I Enjoyed interacting with all of you on all levels. fnb navi-car licence renewal. I used fnb service to renew my disc on the 1st Dec 2020 today is the 21st Dec my licence is still not delivered( delivery takes place between 7-14 working days). I have called and sent numerous emails on the fnb platform to lodge my complaint. Re: communica from FNB dated 21 Dec 2020 "Kindly note this is at the licencing department we are just awaiting the renewal back. If the client wants a refund then they will have to produce proof of payment that they already did the renewal on their own otherwise they can wait for us to get the disc from the department and we will take it from there and advise if refund is possible. Kind regards, navΒ» Car Team (Mel)" This service is disgusting to say the least, I used this platform from the comfort of my home thinking it will be dealt with effective in a timely manner. Now i am being told to wait AGAIN for who knows x amount of days to get my licence delivered to me. I am also told to pay again to renew then only thereafter I will be refunded "pending" as per the email. I am disappointed in this service, its disgusting honestly, REMIND ME NEVER TO TOUCH OR USE ANY OTHER PLATFORM FROM Fnb,I GOT DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THE CONSULTANT AND THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE! mxm,such an inconvenience!
Stalin. Excellent service! A friendly yet so professional guy. He explained the policy thoroughly and still maintained being patient and full of passion while doing his job,such a warm guy to deal with(network was not on our side but he kept on calling without giving up on our transaction). Great product knowledge even goes as far as explaining the finer details (he told me about the competition as well hahahah) - i found that impressive. I have applied for a contract phone. Since from inception no correspondences are sent to me as promised. I had to call in to find out the status of my application if it has been approved/not and from then onwards awaiting product delivery which has never happened as promised. Debit Order has went through but I still don't have a phone.. I need answers as i have sent thru numerous emails and have called in to your contact centres no proper feedback whatsoever. Can I have proper feedback regarding my phone as i need a phone asap.
so i applied for a card and it was approved. I received an sms on the 1st of sept 2017 that my card will be delivered to me on Monday 3rd Sept 2017 til date my card has not yet been delivered. i have called FNB over a thousand times and they keep on making commitments and promises that cant keep, they even ignoring my emails and have gone silent.. I am so disappointed in FNB, failure to deliver or even take a client seriously shame on you. you have bad customer service and you need to up your standards and take business and people seriously. I am disgusted by u en eks net Furious!!!!!
