Submitted a query to this company and had a response a few hours later. Absolutely professional and prompt service.
Most pathetic service I have ever experience3d from VOX. App**** for fibre, it was installed, and VOX needs to do router installation. I have issues with my current LTE connection, hence this installation is urgent. VOX just makes empty promises, and nothing happens. Even went as far as their Project management team, also just as useless, promises and no action. I cannot remember how many promises have been made this past week. They will prioritize, they will call me back etc etc. All empty promises!!!!!! With my LTE they have ****** me of R1500 as all my data was used up in a period oif a few days. Up to now, they have not given me an answer what happened, but funny enough, the day I called to advise about the issue, the problem disappeared. Is this not enough proof that something was wrong on their side!!!!!???? And they stand by their FINE PRINT, and the customer pulls on the shortest end. This is ridiculous, and I am seriously considering to cancel this fibre in total with them and revert to a competent service provider!!!! They are not even worth one star!!!!!
From becoming the most trusted and reliable service provider to the worst in SA!!!!! I have been battling with my LTE for months now. First all my data was used in a few days' time. I had to buy more to keep up working, just to see it being used once again within a day!!! Complained and was told that they could not see what used the data!!! And I had to pay for the extra data - fineprint in their contract of course!!! Funny enough, the day I logged the first ticket, the problem miraculously resolved itsef!!!!! Now battling with my router being down every morning, logged multiple tickets for this and still no resolution!!!! Same answer each time!!! Nothing wrong on their side and log it wih MTN. Only to be called during the day when I have it recovered to do nothing, because it is working then!!!! I have to reset, reboot, switch off, remove the sim card etc etc. to get it up again. They are useless to resolve the matter and they jeapordise my work and security at my home!!!! I am fed up and consider moving to another capable SP, as they are obviously now not worried about a customer being with then since their inception, actually same service provider for about 25 years now, with all the takeovers, name changes etc.!!!!!! Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!! I also want my money back for the data I had to buy for their incompetence and theft of it!!!! FED UP CUSTOMER - soon to be ex customer!!!!!
Logged a ticket on 3rd of June regarding connectivity issues, only got a call from the technician on the 10th. He could not assist at that time, because we cannot afford the line to drop during the day. He promised to call me back after 5, which never happened. My wife phoned the next day, and again she was promised to be called back. Once again nothing. She called once again and they promised that they will look into the issue and also provide an outage report for the 3rd, again, no surprise, but nothing received. Logged another ticket last night, to let them know about my unhappines and sent them a speed test report. Again, still nothing done. I am sending reports now on a regular basis during the day, and they still does not respond. We are paying for a 100Mbs line, and getting less than 0.5Mbs. Absolutely appalling. I have never had this pathetic service from VOX, time to switch to another service provider - even if I am with them since they came into existance.
I have returned a vehicle and WBC paid back my deposit. I am being hold on a line to also refund my costs that I had incurred for this vehicle. I paid the installment and insurance, maintenance plan for 6 months, with them playing for time on the breakdown. I want the refund asap, and not excuses and "you have to be patience ", for 2 weeks now? The vehicle was returned due to them failing to repair the engine.
I have and will continue to lodge complaints on here until such time you resolve my issue. It is going for 3 months now that I am without a vehicle!!!! All you do is to play for more and more time!!!! You did not even had the decency to respond on my previous complaint!!!!! My recommendation to any one - STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP!!!!! Quick to take your maney, but when it comes to payout - refuses and just play for time, Each call to them, you need to log another claim!!!!! Why they decide to close the claims, only they will know Think the more claims this Thato guy gets, the more he is paid at the end of the month. The first claim was for an engine that failed, and it was closed after one single thing was fixed, closed it, and for each action, a new claim must be lodged!!!!! Absolutely absurd!!!! The engine failed and must be replaced, that is one single action and claim!!!! Most pathetic company I have ever dealt with!!!!! Just January already 3 claims was opened!!!!!!! WTH!!!! Proof that they not know what they are doing and no but no customer relations or satisfaction!!!!! USELESS!!!!!
Tracker handed me over to a debt collecting lawyer for a non existent contract. I have bought a vehicle second hand, never signed any contract with them or have any agreement with them whatsoever. Still they hand me over and this will affect my credit record!!!! I have sent them several emails regarding this and they just insist that I have to pay a certain amount. I still refuse to pay them anything. They are like sharks!!!!
Ordered watches in November on their Black Friday sale and still notheing delivered. The number on their web page is ****, and no response on their emails.
There is absolutely no customer satisfaction service here. My vehicle is at the workshop now for more than 2 months and this company are still not getting close to any resolution. Requesting feedback is being ignored. The workshop sent emails to the consultant, Thato Ntsoseng, He responded the same day that he will follow up and provide feedback, and 2 days later - NO FEEDBACK. Follow up emails is being ignored!!!! I lodged a previous complaint and received feedback from the complaints department, the same day the accessor provided with a report of the vehicle, and it is 10 days later, no reaction. The assessor agrees that the inspection was fully acceptable to continue with the claim process, however Innovation decides to insist on a strip of the engine. The fault is on the outside of the engine and is clearly visible that it is not repairable. It is time you come to the party now and get this issue sorted out!! Thato even indicated that I refused to provide authorisation for the strip, which is totally untrue - this authorisation was already provided in the beginning of December!!!!! Please be aware and stay away from this company - quick to take your money, and then use every possible excuse not to get your vehicle fixed. Evident in the fact that it is more than 2 months now since my breakdown, and not even close to a resolution.......
I have lodged a previous complaint and are getting some feedback. The issue however is that the complaints department calls me at 5 in the afternoon only, and then another day has been wasted. It is obvious that Innovations Group is not at all worried about the inconvenience that I am without a vehicle for more than 2 months now!!!!!!! And the claims advisor and the complaints department gives me different feedback - obviously not aware what really going on!!!!!!
