After posting on Hello Peter almost a year ago, immediatley they came back promising me the world, yet i'm still sitting with the same problem. How is it possible to owe Kevro (Barron) thousands of money if i dont have an account. ur policy is pay for ur goods before we deliver, Last week ive returned an order which was the wrong colour, supposed to be red, but the green tracksuit price was more than the red tracksuit, so their was a credit that i should get. Wanted to use the credit for my next purchase, now they telling me i owe money and that credit goes towards the outstanding balance. Totally bad service
The system of Barron (KEVRO SUCKS) for 2022, how can u ask us to pay for an order not knowing if the warehouse have stock, yes the system online shows stock but now u pay for it and after a few days maybe a week they let u know there is no stock, Now i struggle to get my money back to make another plan Why cant they just first confirm ur order is full, make payment, this way both parties are happy.

Is it only me or does this DQ system not work, They say U can get up to R800 cash back but have to pay R120 per month to qualify for it but I never got more than R150 out of this system, Im driving long kms and am a farely safe driver, so please help me understand this much better
