Basic human rights and need not provided for at this place, they refused to put TOILET PAPER in the toilets and GOVERNMENT ******S had to be requested, a person pays R60 for entertainment of movies and pleasure but what's the point if you can't have it clean and basic wiping aren't available, this shouldn't even be questioned!!!! Extremely disappointed in ADULT WORLD DURBAN WEST STREET, really NOW this is a basic human right!!!!!

Or misleading or delay in my freedom day dinner which was delivered, paid for and I SENT BACK with utter disrespect, and Disgust therefore I suggest he takes the money since I.never took a refund or meal and get the basic ABC of customer service and telephone etiquette. I didn't no appreciate being shouted at and told what to do! I thought this was a family restaurant but disappointed in future I shall refrain from even walking in this particular branch, what kind of manager does not know there company's customer services number, and refused to tell me his regional managers name, when I requested branch managers name I was just given "Sma" and to CALL here tomorrow on the store phone, </p> <p>So to you SIYA from McDonalds Bluff in Durban, take that meal give it to some1 who takes & tolerates disrespect, ill treatment.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
walked in to the store to get my an energy drink, with fellow customers behind me, I I hear loud abrupt HISSING!!!! I continue walking into the store, loud female voice describing my appearance I then stop & turn using her index finger she calls me to come to her. I then go to her she then asks me whats in my bag im carrying I then kindly let her know that its nothing that needs declaring or new. She rudely with an attitude states that I am not to leave the store without HER having to search my bag, I asked her is that the new Liberty Mall Game Store she responded she searches who she wants. When ever she wants! I walked away... bought what I needed paid at the till number 9 as I exit the store she the in zulu shouts come here now & open your bag. other customers walk out with trollies and their bags from other from other stores I ask her to write her name on the back of my till slip & she then futher more refuses to do that I ask for her name & surname she refuse she had no name badge or identity on! I ask her fellow staff member she then tells me. Furious & fuming I walk out I get to work call the store ask for a store manager spoke to Pillay and still no response.
