On the 19th of April 2018 I ordered 2000 bricks from this company which is in alberton and paid the amount of R4030.00. Subsequent to that when I called on the status quo of my delivery I was told that my order was below their minimum required order however they will wait for orders near my place and take mine along which I understood. After two weeks of my day of order they promised to deliver however they failed and never communicated any information to me and ever since then I had to follow them time and again untik they promised again to deliver on the 11th of May 2018 and they failed to deliver let alone to communicate. Following this second failure we both agreed that they should refund me as they dismally failed to deliver my bricks and communicate. Every time I call their office I am told that my money will be refunded the following day, next thing they tell me about a run of payment on their system which also failed and lastly they told me that they will ewallet my money and it has been over three weeks of failure ,false promise and disappointment and let alone communication. Peter help me to track down this crooks and incompetent business people who are excelling in incompetenty and stealing from the poor.
I saw an advert of Kia Rio 1.4 Tech with sunroof from the Dealership's website and applied for financing and subsequently got an approval but unfortunately when i went to the Dealer to view and collect the car, the car on the floor was materially different from what was advertised without a sunroof and in a bad state. I am so disappointed as Kia Hatfield is a big brand and though im told that the incorrect pictures used to advertise the car were mistakenly posted i really do not believe that because the salespersons have access to their advertising website even if the advertising function is not conducted by them and if it was indeed a mistake they were suppose to inform me when i called cause they have the car on the sales floor and as soon as they realized that it was a mistake they never took efforts to inform me of that mistake and caused me to continue with sales under mistaken pictures. I really did not expect such a big brand to run a business in this way that falls short of advertising standards and effective communication and professionalism.
<p>I am having a monthly contract with telkom mobile and pay R89 per month. I happen to miss payment this month due to some unexpected deductions on my account and which I know for a fact that is not their problem but mine and I should resolve the payment faikure with them as a result.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now my problem is when they told me that I have to pay R200.94 penalty fee plus R89 which is my monthly contract fee and as a result of this payment failure my bank standard bank charges me R119 for that which I have to pay. This R200.94 for R89 as well as R119 for R89 from my bank which I know is a separate query from this one sounds unfair,unreasonable and perhaps to a certain extent unlawful.</p> <p>I agree that I should be charged for non payment but that charge must be fair and reasonable not double the amount of my premium plus my premium.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel I have been unfairly charged by telkom mobile and their practices appears to be malicious, unreasonable and totally unfair.</p> <p> </p> <p>In my quest to resolve this matter I asked a consultant who was assisting me if I could dipute this matter to them but they told me that no option like that is available.</p> <p> </p> <p>My contract no is ********** 33</p>
On the 15th of February 2016 i took my car to Unique Auto Centre after receiving an advert for their repairs service. i left my car and contacts and during the day the Manager Dannis gave me a call and told me that my car disks and brakes need some replacements and also my rear brakes, the guy told me the qoute and i ask for a discount as shown in their adverts and he gave me a R380.00 Discount on my R3180.00 bill but to my surprise when i came to collect my car, i found out that those car disks he claimed to have replaced are second hand ones, he said to me he will explain to me, i asked him why he did not call me to give me a choice between brand new disks and second had ones as the price he charged me for disks is equivalent to brand new disks but he was very rude and pointing fingures on me. i advice anyone not to even consider taking their cars at Unique Auto Centre. I tried addressing this issue with the owner, he promised to call me seven days back and when i remind him, he tells me that he is in a meeting. but what surprised me was that how can a centre as this fit a second hand parts in someone's car without informing them?
