This company debited R399 from my pensioner mother. She knows nothing about this Capitec will not reverse this she is distraught.
Good morning On 31st March 2023 afternoon I was traveling back from Midrand to Rosebank. At midrand I topped up with R50 using my ABSA debit card. At Rosebank I mistakenly tagged out using the ABSA card. Luckily there were gautrain staff members with hand held transit card scanners. I mentioned my mistake I was then advised to tag back in and tag out with the gautrain transit card which I did. However gautrain charged R200 for tagging out another R200 when I tagged in and charged my trip fare from the transit card. And wanted to deduct further R400 as penalty. Why am I penalized for rectifying a mistake in seconds?
My maternal great grand mother and grand mother are buried in a farm in Kriel, my family and I were under the Impression that SERITI was owning the farm where the graves are and were mining near the graves. I wrote an email after we were told that the blasting that is happening near the graves you need permission to access the farm from the mine. The mine treated my email with the utmost urgency and respect. The humility from the team at SERITI that hosted us to understand our concern and even drove to site with us to show us that the area we think is under their ownership is not nor do they blast near or around the area. They further offered security advise to the family when visiting the grave site. I would like to extend mine and the families gratitude. We met SERITI’s ambassadors whose values are second to none. Please keep it up and thank you for everything the team did for me and my family in your offices and the escort to site. “KUDOS”
Ever since I have had vumatel prepaid in soweto I have noted with frustration that the service gets cut off two hours or more a month. I pay for 28 days yet get service for less. Is it because this is best effort? Or is it because of my geographical location? Because this amounts to over 24hours a year per user. Is vumatel running a scam? Why don't they proactively report connectivity issues yet voucher expiry is done?
It's unfortunate that one can not rate negative number. I wrote a review about a challenge I had submitting an assignment on 20th of may 2020. MANCOSA replied that they will be in contact. In the first 3 days of my review I was called 3 times and every time promised a call in few minutes then they call next day do the same. Last Friday I was asked to send emails as proof indeed I tried on 20th I did as requested. The initial person's email was now invalid it rejected emails. Today I just received statements of results no call no explanation yet nothing changed. They can call me I can't call nor email them. I don't understand why the system failure though I I email the assignment before deadline on 20th may should cause me a whole semester?
I tried submitting an assignment on the portal I couldn't I called the call center which promised me I will get a call. On 20th May I was given extension without contact. I tried uploading I failed I wrote a message to advise them I couldn't I sent an email with assignment attached on 20th before deadline. Today I'm told I failed because I did not submit.
Ealier this year I filled a survey for ABSA Premium Banking. On my comments I mentioned the fact that I have been a loyal customer to ABSA for over a decade yet I have never received complementary gifts not even soccer tickets since ABSA is the premier league sponsor. On 14th June an employee wrote me a letter to acknowledge my comments and further bought me branded ABSA pens and a notebook from her own pocket. Ansuretha De Jager went above and beyond to ensure that I remain a customer though powers that be at ABSA saw an account holder she saw a client. Good evening.<br> I bought a ticket for someone I was supposed to travel with to the Jazz festival. The flight is from Cape Town to OR Tambo Intl. Due to life's changes and challenges this particular individual will no longer be attending and therefore will not be attending. I have since found another travelling partner. With Kulula's no change Policy I was informed the R798 I paid is therefore forfeited? in this economic climate I must buy another Ticket same flight why cant I be granted to change name? at cost is possible? paying another R798 is really unfair I don't want to cancel . there is no way the individual I first bought the ticket will use it in the next year.<br> <br> I have planned this trip over 3 years please Kulula have a heart/mercy
Garden City was allegedly advise by medical aid they will not pay beyond three days of hospitalisation. My Daughter Stayed longer with them and never informed me that I might be liable for longer stay. Garden city clinic claims I owe them R3000 odd as a result of this. until I enquired no one advised me what happened with accounts. could Garden city and Discovery clear this without burdening me?<br> <br>
