Fast and friendly free fix! What more can I ask for? Within 2 hours of my WA chat first with a bot and then a person at Vox (my isp) we had consensus that I had a Fibre problem. They escalated to openserve and the friendly gent came faster than I thought. He spent about 2 hours to trace the problem which seemed to have crept in somewhere overhead in the trees. Problem solved and the best is, so extra charge. I am very grateful and happy 😊
Lufthansa made an error, which is understandable and forgivable, and undertook to refund E600 on 27 April 2025. Since then, they asked for my banking details 3 times which I sent in text and with the account proof on all 3 occasions. Still nothing paid as yet and no response to enquiries since 18 May.
I made a payment which has now been confirmed as "missing" So now they have to trace the missing payment, but instead of continuing with the process, I get an email which twice uses the words close(ure) of complaint. I also needed to start a new query for the search to start. In other words, the process had to be logged elsewhere for the search to start somewhere else. FNB does not provide a smooth support service. They close a complaint quickly. Possibly so the stats would show many quickly resolved problems, but in actual fact, the case is not closed. The problem is not solved and you should reconsider before you believe statements on the number of satisfied clients. I have the name and reference number of the party involved, but she is probably just following bank procedure, so I wont name and shame her.
My geyser burst. I registered the claim on-line and received a claim no via sms. I followed up a few days later with an email. After 6 more days I searched for another email where I again enquired. Next day I threatened social media and someone phoned me to say a plumber will be appointed. They did respond. Only to say the geyser that broke was not insured by the bank. They took more photos and closed the case and apparently the bank will make an undisclosed payout to me. I have nothing of this in writing. Yet said geyser was recommended and installed by their own plumber 8 years ago when the geyser of that stage gave way. (At the time I paid in to make it a solar geyser) I still do not have a name of a person at the bank I can talk to and so complained back to that email where I eventually had a response from. Now it is 3 days later and no response. A clear case of an protected space where we as bond holders need to use their insurance I guess?

Should you be in need of a 2 way radio look no further than http://www.vratvark.co.za/

Their service was absolutely super. Package tracking was easy and delivery prompt.

Highly recommended! I have done a fair share of on-line purchasing and they set a new standard. Thank you and keep it up

I get phoned by a recorder with special offers. A second time in the same week I was also phoned by a telemarketer. At no stage did I ask for it. Can you imagine if all people you deal with started pestering you? Phoning me like that is an intrusion on my privacy..
How do I get my name off their list?
