Excellent service and the agent, Masilo was knowledgeable and offered good advise as well. Thank you
I cancelled my phone insurance and thus was confirmed in writing by mtnclaims1@admyntec.co.za on September 18. For the month of September understably I was billed, however my October invoice should not include the insurance amount which it does and I escalated back to MTN for them to revise the invoice accordingly. Invoice has not been revised, no response from MTN on my escalation instead my phone services have been suspended This is ridiculous to expect me to pay for something I have cancelled and inconvenience me for your incompetence.
Courtney Govender for president She is extremely polite and enthusiastic, a breath of fresh air when you’re having a tough day like I was and most importantly she not only reduced my premium but offered great value including household contents and building insurance. Just wow… thank you so much
My credit card got hacked, i cancelled it and FNB cannot issue another credit card in 24hrs, I am traveling on Saturday and im stuck! I have been on hold to the premier suite for over 45min trying to get funds from my cancelled credit card transferred to my cheque account. I need fnb to help transfer those funds asap!
What a horrific experience Suncity at THE PALACE, has had no hot water since 2pm today, five hours later maintenance still has not fixed the issue. This is only at the palace - paying R3800 a night, no hot water. Might be better to book the cheaper hotels at least they’ve been able to shower today. Receptionist keeps saying they haven’t been updated by maintenance….5 hours later What a joke!!!!
I terminated my contract with virgin active and at the time of termination i had a pending credit with them. As per the discussions with their consultant they would charge me a pro-rata amount of R137 which to me doesn't make sense considering they owe me money. As per the agent, i forfeit the money owed to me due to gym closure as per Covid-19 regulations because Covid-19 is not Virgin Active's fault My arguement was that, Covid-19 isn't my fault either so why do I forfeit money owed to me by virgin active and still be charged upon membership termination. Further to that virgin active debited me an amount of R329 I doubt this is legal, how do you charge me 3x the amount you communicated, furthermore why do you insist on debiting me when you owe me money From what i know is that gyms are entitled to charge pro rata upon membership termination but not when you're owing members money, moreso you've overcharged me on the prorata amount. That is not right and not sure that's legal
How is it possible that I stopped debit orders against virgin active on my account and you are still permitting them to go through Why is the feature available if it does not work
I terminated my membership with virgin active and they are still debiting me for membership. The consultant explained that I would be debited a pro rata amount of about R130. I also do not understand why I am being debited because they owe me money because of the 14 day gym closure due to covid from 28th June. The consultant said that i forfeit the "credit" because Covid-19 closure was not their fault. It was equally not my fault so why is virgin active gaining financially from me when we are both subjected ny Covid-19. I've been a member of virgin active for over 10years and its quite disappointing that they treat members this way.
I paid R3000 deposit to this company on the 02 March 2021 and to date I have not recieved my order. They have been ignoring all mails and WhatsApp messages. Their phone line is permanently off. Do not make the same mistake and be robbed like some of us here. Stay away.
You guys truly deserve the most useless bank award. How are we not able to swipe and withdraw our own money during month end. The humiliation you put me through today when I could not pay in a store nor could I withdraw money. Wow man, you guys really take your customers for granted.
