very bad service and no help at Brooklyn Branch. no proper way to get help on opening 'n account for a trust. need to advance on a home loan that is almost paid off. only R 20,000 is still owed on my property but i can't get help with Nedbank advance.
Vodacom cancel our fibre line and said it was a fault on there side... sorry... after 11 days, 22calls and few emails... still not working.. They tell lies and doesn’t deliver..
Ons swembad is 3 keer oorgedoen in 3 jaar? Eers was die swembad wit en lelik na net 5jaar.... ons kry hulle weer in om die swembad vir ons oor te doen in 'n donker grys. Die swembad lyk amazing so donker grys maar met ligte grys merke op die bodem wat hulle vertel gou sal weggaan, ek wonder nou nog waarheen dit moes gaan?, nie weg nie. Na 6 maande word die nou al wit merke en strepe op die bodem, soos hulle die grys aangewend het, net erger. Toe moet ons hoor hoe swak hulle veskaffer se produk is en dat hulle dit sal kon kyk maar nie weer sal wil donker oordoen nie. Baie oproepe later kom hulle kyk en oorreed ons om blou te gaan. Ons stem in en wag....wag...wag...en maande later en baie oproepe word dit oorgedoen gedoen in blou. Dit lyk amazing en die swembad is glad binne. Ek vra nou wie betaal vir die water, Eugene se hulle sal…. nooit geld gesien nie.. Na nog ,n paar maande…? Toe kom die blou af en jy sien swart merke op die bodem en trappe. Gerhard wil nie meer my oproepe vat nie en Eugene sal my kom sien…. baie oproepe en amper 'n jaar later en hulle is hier! Vat hulle so 3 maande en baie oproepe dat hulle nou moet klaar kry maar hulle tap nie water in nie, vedwyn net…. ek bel weer 3keer. Ek se ek is nie gelukkig nie, daar is merke en die swembad is so grof jy sal jouself beseer as jy teen die kante swem, die fiberglass kom los van die kant af as jy daarteen druk en die skerp rante by die teels steek soos 'n steakmes se lem uit… Dae later en Eugene kom kyk, sy span sal more gou regmaak dan kan ons volmaak na 24 uur. Die span slaan spykers in om die fiberglass teen die *****t vas te kry en verf blou oor dit.. WAT DE HEL? hulle was weer hier na nog oproepe… weke …. swembad is vol.... vol wit merke en oorverf… een groot gemors… Ek soek ons geld terug vir die 2 keer se oordoen en 3 keer se volmaak met water... Ek het die Pretoriapools.com domain vandag gekoop en daar sal 'n groot advertensie met 'n complaints area wees binne 30dae.
So much bad service and people working for Vodacom that don't know what the F they are doing. After 20+ year on a contract they don't give a F for a client. Stealing my money.
We bought 2 king-size beds in January and the Senzo promised us it will be available before Easter Weekend with the delivery before 15 March (six weeks)... on 29 February I sent an email to Senzo to check if we are still okay for delivery and ask him to call me . On the 1st of March he reply on email with \the beds is approaching its 6th week of production and the Randburg order controller will give me a call to arrange delivery\" After a lot of call's and promises no luck. Today 23 March Senzo is telling me the tables is available in Durban, they can sent it to Randburg tomorrow and the they will them book it for delivery to me in Pretoria or I must collect from them.... After they charged me R1425 for delivery...WTH? "
On 10 September 2015 I went to VodaWorld to upgrade my contract to a Smart XL price plan from a business 500 the signed contract is for Smart Xl total premium R1098<br> When I received my first invoice they charged me for a red premium subscription with extra handset and insurance etc. total R2291.69<br> I went in to Vodacom Menlyn in October and they said it will be fixed <br> I call the guys at call centre, Jabulani and he told me he can't help me systems off...?<br> I made a few extra calls and no one can help me.<br> Then I got hold of KEA the lady who helps me with the upgrade and she said she will check it out and let me know.<br> She phoned me and said her supervisor is in a meeting and they will rectify the problem...<br> Week later and no feedback....<br> They overcharged me R2200 total?<br>
