Don't trust this place. items are in stock and when ordered they want money. Soon as you give them money the item is automatically out of stock. They never give updates at all. Calling them doesn't help because they never answer the phones. They don't respond to emails. Pathetic service
I have been a Vodacom customer for about 6 years now with about 5 contract.<br> Just one of the phones is insured though.<br> <br> Firstly i did a claim after losing my phone, nearly 2 weeks ago.<br> This has only just been sorted.<br> However i am shocked ti find that my access is over R4000.<br> While i did claim just under a year ago, which is apparently the reason, i do pay an high premium for access to be so high. When i first had the insurance i knew it was high access if i claimed more than once within the first 3 months. things have obviously changed and i was never notified.<br> <br> Secondly they take nearly 2 weeks to get this sorted, due to incorrect info on paper work.<br> This info had nothing to do with me, yet i was made to wait.<br> <br> While my total monthly bill on all my contract are about R2000, i fail to think who has R4K once of to buy a phone, let alone pay an excess fee on insurance. This is like paying excess for a car.<br> <br> This is just a warning to other customers thinking of insuring their device, to maybe do this privately, which would be cheaper. Im doubt i can get any assitance now but know that i will let my contract run down and please stop smsing me new specials.
I have been paying insurance for a phone on contract for about 6 years.<br> While i have many contract with a total bill of over R2000, all linked, just one of the phones is insured.<br> I pay a premium of about R250 per month for the insurance alone.<br> <br> Firstly, i did a claim nearly 2 weeks ago. the whole process was delayed as paper work wasnt correct.<br> this paperwork had nothing to do with me, yet i was made to wait till they get it sorted.<br> Its sorted nearly two weeks later.<br> <br> Then i get an access bill of over R4000. yes i did a claim nearly a year ago, but with the high premium im paying surely this is a rip off which i would like other insured customer to know.<br> <br> As mentioned i have had the contract for years so initially the premium wasnt so high and i was never made aware of any changes. Previously there were higher billings if claims were within 3 to 6 months.<br> Was really shocking to get this bill, so others beware.<br> <br> Nothing said or done about the inconvenience caused to me with all their internal issues.<br> I wonder who carries or has this kind of money just lying around to pay for a phone let alone an access fee.
