I bought compression tights from Nike Online Shop on the 29th of January. paid an extra R250 and the delivery was scheduled to happen within five days. five days later i receive an email informing me that my items had been delivered which came as as a shock to me since i hadn't received any items. i contacted them to make them aware of the error and the opened a case for me and informed me that i would receive feedback within 5 days. 5 days later there is no feedback so i contact them again to ask them whats happening with my case. their reply every time is that, their operations department is still working on it. 4 weeks later their operations department is still trying to figure out what happened with my order. i have asked for them to help me escalate this matter, but they are unable to help me. I am disgusted by Nike service. i have bought several items from Adidas online, Superbalist and other online stores and their delivery process is always very swift, 3 days later you are guaranteed to getting your items , and the best part is that delivery is absolutely free. and yet Nike makes you pay the R250 delivery fee to a delivery process that is flawed. shame on them!!
I purchased an item from them in August 2017. in their disclaimer they mention that deliveries may take up to 3-9 weeks. post the 9 weeks i emailed them making them aware that i have not received my items. in an email correspondence with one Dean Thompson , he said he was logging in a dispute for me and would get back to me. he then later after a few weeks of probing him again wrote me and said, and i quote "Hi Pule, good news your parcel just got a scan in SA". 2 months later i am still waiting for them to contact me about this matter. they have even stopped responding to my emails at this point.
I have been using Groupon now for a while. when i started out about three years ago, their service was mellow. their response to queries was very prompt.<br> today you are lucky if you make it through their customer call center.<br> <br> Even though the turn time around is normally up to 14 working days, their deliveries used to be very quick and convenient. now you have to wait weeks ,just to receive an email that allows you to track your parcel.<br> <br> i am dissapointed.
I have a data contract with Telkom Mobile for one of those 10 Gig + 10 Gig packages. and on the 9th i came home in the afternoon to a message notifying me that my data was used up. a shocked and confused customer i contacted Telkom Mobile to find out what happened to my data and i was told i used up a lot of data between 12am and 8am, a funny story since i slept at 10am the previous day and woke up that morning preparing for an exam.<br> <br> nevertheless i call was logged with their technical team and i was promised a 72hour turn around time. over a week later no one has called me. i just been on the phone with one of their consultants this morning, and his response was that they were working on my case and a representative would call me. this is the story i get every time i call to get feedback.<br> <br> I'm so disgusted with this service.
