Went back, they created a query for head office - really nice service at Tygeralley, but head office has not sorted my problem? I have data, sms and free minutes still on my contract and they sms me that I have gone into pay mode since yesterday? on what ? VAT on free minutes. I am 35 years old and my contract is mine since I've been 18? I've never migrated to another provider etc. The same number forever. What does loyalty pay for.....
