I have bought a Land Rover Discovery at York Motors through Danie. He also sold a unlimited service plan to me. The service plan is through Motorserv. I struggled now for very long to get my Land Rover service, because there is no answer at Motorserv. No feedback on mails. I called Danie, because he promised me that this is a great service plan and asked for help in December. This is already end of February. I talked to him and his answer to me is, it is between me and Motorserv. I feel that he sold the plan to me, and must help with answers. I am very dissapointed in York Motors with their after service. Will never again bought a car there.

I bought a Landrover Discovery through Danie from York Motors. After receiving the car, is shows that there was technical difficulties. I took it back on my fuel cost to get it repair. After receiving it again, the same error still shows. Took it to a repair shop in Kimberley after months of waiting for the parts from York motors. Experience so many difficulties with the repair. He also sold a service plan through Motorserv. They both gave no after sales support. They don't answer phones. I have send in my form for a quotation for service. And I am still waiting and can't service my car. Very dissapointed in York Motors and Motorserv!!!
I downgrade from a Talk 1000 to a Talk 500 on a red advantage plan. I ask for a contract with more data and less minutes. After a few months, I checked my accounts and saw that they still did not downgrade to a Talk 500 and I stil pay for the Talk 1000. I visited Kimberley, they told me that they couldn't help me I must visit the Bloemfontein branch. I live in the Northern Cape and does not go to Bloemfontein very often. I called Bloemfontein but they told me to visit the branch and that they couldn't help over the phone. Eventually I went to Bloemfontein, and complain. They then told me that this was a premature contract (I was not inform when I upgraded because I was in the branch to buy a cellphone cover when the consultant ask to see if I can upgrade) The system shows that the consultant did quote for a Talk 500 on the Friday when I was there. but then he deleted it on the Saturday and the contract was then for a Talk 1000. I wasn't even there on the Saturday. The outcome was - I requested the original contract, but nobody can provide it. And nobody try to help and solve the problem because the debit order goes of every month. I must pay and they smile.
